Knight of the Dale
The Basics Show Name: Knight of the Dale Barn Name: Knight Age: 6 years Gender: Stallion Breed: Thoroughbred Breed Registry: The Jockey Club
The Appearance Coat Color: Grey Stable Color: Terra Cotta Height: 16.3 HH
The Personality Personality: Knight is your typical stallion. He is very often hotheaded, although he knows when to cool the act down. He loves playing pranks on people. He doesn't mind dogs or foxes running alongside him, but he dislikes cats. He does not do well in small, confined places. Caution Around: Cats
The History Basic History: Knight was bred on a foxhunting farm. He was raised by wonderful people, but those people chose not to geld him. When Peter came by, looking for a spunky horse, he fell in love with the blue stud, and they've been together since then. For his trip to America, Knight was shipped by boat, because he does not deal well with airplanes, with a man hired just to see to his welfare. Now he is at BR with Peter.

A Spell on my Heart | 'Corazón' | Hunt Seat + Polo
Noro Lim | 'Arwen' | Hunt Seat + Hunter Jumper + Trail
The Personality Personality: Corazón is a very protective mare of her foal. She doesn't mind people handling Jigsaw, but if she's in a pasture with other mares, she would be very anxious and protective, to the point of kicking out. She gets anxious when she is away from the foal for more than an hour. When she is under saddle, she is a perfect lady, although squirrels can spook her if they start running across her path. Notes: Caution around other mares and squirrels
The History Basic History: Corazón was bred in India. She was given to a very wealthy business owner as a gesture of thanks for a good deal done, and the man hired a trainer to take care of her. Before he moved to the United States for a business arrangement, he had the mare bred to a well-known Mawari stud. Just barely pregnant, he had the mare transported to Kentucky. Just after the mare gave birth, he was called back to India, and he decided to sell the mare and her foal to someone at the school near his estate. That is where Peter bought her and Jigsaw. Breeding History: Bred once, no problems.

Noro Lim
The Basics Show Name: Noro Lim Barn Name: Arwen Age: 6 years Gender: Mare Breed: Clydesdale Breed Registry: CBUSA
The Appearance Coat Color: Bay Stable Color: Mughal Green Height: 17.2 HH
The Personality Personality: Your typical gentle giant this girl is definitely not. Oh, she appears to be nice enough, especially if she recognizes you as someone that won't let her get away with anything, but let your attention wander and she'll be in the next mischief that comes her way. Under saddle, she's not much different, needing constant attention. She's one of those horses that will duck out of a jump just to prove that she's not going to let you get away with being sloppy. However, one thing that this does well is groundwork. She won't push, won't pull, and will be an absolute dear... Until your attention wanders just enough for her to break away. Her training has at least extended to the fact that she doesn't realize that she's bigger and stronger than anyone that could hold her, so she bides her time until something distracts her handler instead. Notes: Constant vigilance!
The History Basic History: Arwen was born and raised in a farm located in Canada. She was trained to double hitch with her half-sister, but her mischievous ways made her a poor choice for any real driving, where distractions on the street might claim lives if they weren't heeded. Due to this, she was sold to a barn of hunter jumper trainers, who were all too willing to take a crack at training the mare. They didn't manage to get her tendencies out of her, but instead found ways to remedy them, by putting only the most aware, concentrated riders on her. As such, she excelled, and soon started gathering acclaim in the show circuits.
At five years old, a Clydesdale stallion got loose in the neighbourhood, without the knowledge of the mare's owners. The stallion's owners never reported the incident, so seven months later, with the mare definitely not adding fat, she was put up for sale, although not a word of her condition was breathed to her potential buyer... Sir Peter Solomon. Now the mare has been bought and payed for, and the rest? As they say, it remains to be seen.
