If she wants something she won't stop until she achieves it and surpasses what she was trying to do. A trait which comes in handy in school. Anna has a great memory able to recall almost anything she sees written down or hears spoken to her. Though young she has gotten all 5s on the grading scale and her old classmates are certain that she'll pass the exam to get into college back home.
Her friends will describe her as friendly, loyal, and intelligent. She's very loyal to her friends and willing to help them out. It's being in America that she's worried about. Anna can be cold, and odd to Americans. Though it is normal for her to act this way as it is for most Russians. She hides her emotions until she knows the person.
She would be described as shy in the States. Anna is not shy though. When she's with her friends she has a sense of humor: an odd sense of humor but humor all the same. It's getting to be her friend that's the problem. She is focused on her studies and her riding. Studies, riding, and then friends. Her studies come first along with her riding. Full History>> Anna Aleksandrova Andropova was born in a hospital in Moscow, Russia to Aleksander Andropov and Ekaterina Andropova. Aleksander worked for the Russian government and her mother had been a physicist until she married. Anna was the youngest of three siblings. Her brother Pytor was the oldest while Anastasia was the second oldest. Though the three siblings had their fights they got along well most of the time.
At five years old Anna was put in kindergarten. However at the age of six her parents were about to get a shocking revelation. Anna was diagnosed with Type One Diabetes. Though shocking life went on. Anna had trouble telling when her bloodsugar was low so her parents had to check it for her. A few times she had low bloodsugar and she wasn't aware though thankfully nothing serious happened.
When she was 11 she noticed her symptoms of low blood sugar becoming less obvious as time went on. She suffered from a seizure and the hospital doctors said she had hypoglycemic unawareness. Her parents asked if there was anything they could do for Anya and the doctor recommended a service dog for her since the service dog would be able to tell if she was experiencing low bloodsugar along with other things.
Anna loved riding and she rode regularly. She got a Budyonny mare at 11 to get her mind off the Hypoglycemic Unawareness. Her grades never faltered and she continued to get 5s(Excellent...like the U.S.'s As) At 12 she got her service dog. An East-European Shepard named
After going through training the pair bonded well. At 13 years of age she went to a horse show without her parents permission telling them she was going to a friend's house. While there she meet someone from the States who had went to Blue Ridge Riding Academy. Once she got home Anja began to research the academy. Her parents had come into the living room while she had been researching the elite academy and after talking it over with their daughter decided she could send in an application.
The August before ninth grade she got a letter from Blue Ridge Riding Academy saying that she had been accepted. She packed her bags and is now on her way to the United States where she will arrive in Kentucky before heading to Blue Ridge with her mare and dog.

She had been trained to detect the signs of Hypoglycemic Unawareness and as such was given to Anna as her service dog. The two took a little time to know each other though the training they both went through after Anna had been given her helped speed along the bonding process. Now she is on her way to the United States with Anja.
