Touchstone
Registered Name>> Touchstone Barn Name>> Keena Birth Year>> 2012 Sex>> Mare Breed>> Thoroughbred Breed Registry>> Canadian Jockey Club
Coat Colour>> Bay Stable Colour>> Navy Blue and Orange Height>> 16.2 HH
Personality>> Keena is determined and curious. She is quite smart and has a knack for finding distances to the jumps during both show jumping and cross country. Dressage would be her weakness because she is quite impatient. She is quite similar to her rider/owner in the fact that she is athletic and loves to work under saddle. She definitely enjoys being with horses and enjoys being around other animals as well. She is also an escape artist (can open her stall door even when locked) and has escaped on occasion but she does not go far. She is quite a happy go lucky horse. Caution Around>> Using a whip while riding.
Basic History>> Keena was born at a racing barn outside of Toronto. She didn't really take to racing that well but she did do three local races on the track before retiring. She was put up for auction and Tenaya's grandfather bought her as a three year old for an Eventing prospect. When Tenaya was old enough she was in charge of Keena's every need except of course Keena's training until she was a good enough rider. When Keena was 8 years old Tenaya was finally able to ride her and began competing with her at the Novice Level. The two compete in 3 day eventing.
Owner>> Tenaya McDavid Rider>> Tenaya McDavid Discipline>> 3 Day Eventing.
