In you first post, at the top right you will see four opetions: Quote, Edit Like and a Washer (ignore the last two), click on the Edit and it will take you into your post. Paste the code for the app into that and then just copy and paste your information that you've already typed out. Then, as Stern suggested, go and read the rules and adjust your app to match the rules.
