Antione took pride in being the coach for the gymnastics team, which also meant that he took pride in his own physical fitness. He used the time between practise sessions to work out what his gymnasts needed to work on, as well as keeping himself in shape.
He stood up from his desk chair, closing the laptop down for now, and removed the jacket and shirt that he was wearing on his top half, so that all he now had on were his tightly fitted trackpants - no they were not tights - and, kicking off his shoes and sock, he headed out into the studio itself.
He looked around the studio and figured that the best way to start would be to warm-up on the highbar with some very simple chin ups. Sure, he could be boring and do some stud on the mats, but he'd never been one for the mundane over practiced ways of warming up one's muscles - that and he knew that stretching before warming up was one of the easiest ways to pull something.
Standing under the highbar, with he back to the door, he bent his knees and jumped up, reaching up and closing his hands around the bar. He'd been told in the past that he could be a basketball player with the way he could spring up, but ball games had never been his thing, too much strategy for his liking. That, and his father would never have approved of a sport where there was too much of a chance of another player hurting him. At least with gymnastics, all the pain he caused on himself. Holding the bar, he began to pull himself up, feeling the muscles in his arms and back begin to work as his pulled up and lowered himself down, always maintaining the speed.
