Serenity jumped up and punched her fist into the air as their next assignments were called out. She loved working on the uneven bars, something that always made her parents laugh as they often joked about her wanting to fly without a broomstick.
Grabbing her water bottle and towel, she dabbed her forehead as she jogged over to the uneven bars. She chalked her hands up as the Coach adjusted the height and width of the bars. She grabbed the springboard and pulled it away from the bars, as she wouldn't need it and walked to stand between the bars, facing the low bar, when she saluted and moved right into one of her favourite routines: Jump to Low Bar. Cast, transitioned to high bar with a Stalder with a one and an half turn to Handstand and Full-Twisting Shaposh, Clear Hip with full turn to Handstand, a Tweddle, Ezhova, a Van Leeuwen.
Then a simple Cast followed by a Stalder with a one and a half turn to Handstand on the low bar. In-Bar Stalder with full turn to Handstand, Clear Hip with one an a half turn to Handstand, Giant Hop with one and a half pirouette, Jaeger, Pak Salto, Komova I, Markelov, Shushunova.
She tranistioned back to the high barn with a Cast with half turn to Undergrip, Healy, Ling, Huang, Ono, Jam Handstand, Ono 1/2, and then dismounted with a Layout Double-Double.
(WiP, will write it our properly when James is in bed, just wanted to get the base down while I had it all planned out.)
Light of eye and soft of touch, speak ye little, listen much. Merry Meet and Merry Part bright the cheeks and warm the heart.
