Full History>> Sawyer was born in California, to Eric and Jennifer Lansky. She has two older brothers, Ryder and Kaiden. She has lived in California for most of her life, up until this move to Blue Ridge Riding Stable. Her parents have always owned horses, for as long as she can remember. They were putting her on the back of them since she was about a year or two old. By the time she was six, she was riding ponies on her own and showing them in 4H competitions. At the age of 8, she picked up a love for dressage. It felt like more of her style of riding. Everything seemed so elegant. All of the smooth movements, as if the horses and the rider were dancing together. Her parents bought her a 8 year old Hosteiner, Ransom, when she was 10. They became best friends almost instantly. They competed in competitions in the surrounding areas of her town. They weren't top of the competitions, but they had fun either way.
At the age of 14, her best friend, Alaina, committed suicide. Alaina had a troubled home, and there just wasn't enough support for her. Sawyer took this hard. She became very depressed and kept to herself. She stopped riding. Stopped going to the barn to see Ransom. Stopped studying. Her grades fell. Her horse became restless. About two weeks later, almost as if her mood turned around, she became hyper. Reckless, impulsive. She still wasn't riding, but she was going out to parties. Ignoring the rules her parents set. She bought things she didn't need or have the money for. Boys became a problem for her. Always dating the bad boys. Her parents were concerned about her. They didn't know how to handle her. They spoke to her doctor, and her doctor recommended she see a psychiatrist. Sawyer agreed, though reluctantly. Her first appointment, the psychiatrist diagnosed her with Bipolar Disorder II. She wasn't hallucinating or hearing things. She was what they used to call "manic depressive." It took about half a year to find the right medications to treat her, so she was as back to normal as she could be. She hated the idea of having to take meds for the rest of her life, but she understood it would help her. She tried to stay in her school for the next two years,
but the other students had found out she had Bipolar Disorder II, and considered her "crazy". Despite the fact that she wasn't. At the age of 16, her and her parents agreed it would be the best if she transferred to Blue Ridge, where nobody knew her.
Pet Name>>Rogue
Registed Name>>--
Age>>3
Sex>> Female
Species>> Feline
Breed>>Black Cat

Personality>> Rogue is an overly friendly cat. She's always at Sawyer's feet when she's around. If she's sitting, Rogue is cuddling in her lap. She allows belly scratches, though most cats don't. She loves being pet, and is almost constantly purring. It's always easy to tell when she needs food in her bowl, at least when she thinks she does, because she will paw at you and play with your feet until you feed her. Her bowl isn't always completely empty when she does this, but she thinks she needs to be fed.
History>> Rogue was a shelter kitten. Her mom was brought into the shelter as a pregnant stray, and gave birth in the shelter. Sawyer adopted the kitten when she was about 12 weeks old and has had her ever since. Rogue loved to follow Sawyer around. When Sawyer was low, or depressed, Rogue made sure to only leave her when she had to. Otherwise, she was always around. She is almost dog-like in her behavior and her loyalty to Sawyer.
