Saraphene waltzed into the office humming her favourite song of the moment which was semi lovato - sober. When she got to the desk, she stopped. Staring at the person across from her, she spoke excitedly. "Hi! I'm Saraphene Blackwell, I'm supposed to be moving in today! How exciting is that!" She was so excited she couldn't contain it anymore.
The drive was long and boring and she'd napped for most of it. Now she was finally here it all seemed so surreal, she couldn't help but smile. She had finally made it to her dream school! Somewhere she could actually fit in! She then went on. "It is so beautiful out here! You guys really are very very lucky!" She smiled towards the person at the desk. Waiting for them to speak at her.

Fitz was taking advantage of an unusual quiet spell, and probably jinxing himself by doing it, and he was writing music, trying out some new tunes with his guitar, that was never too far away from him. When he heard the door close, he couldn't help but chuckle to himself, and when he looked up, was pleased to see that there was only one young girl approaching him - he had expected the phone to ring off the hook and everyone to need his attention.
His smile deepened as she introduced herself. "Welcome to Blue Ridge Academy, Saraphene." He said warmly as he typed the name into the computer and read through the page. "Just wait till the spring, when everything is bathed in light and colour again. You will be residing in room oh, three, of the Blue Ribbon House, which is here." He pulled a map from the tray on his desk and circled the placement of the building. "Your horse will have a stall prepared for him in White Oak Barn." He circled the barn in another colour. "Anyone in the barn will help you out with directions, if you have any problems, the manager is Ms Carr."
He located the room key from the drawer under he desk and placed it on the map. "There is a list of helpful numbers on the back of the map." His smile deepened. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

She just kept nodding, completely intrigued with what he had to say, she watched as he circled on the map where she was going to live and where she would find her horses quarters. She couldn't help but smile, it was in her nature. All she could think about was what christmas was going to be like, that was her favourite season, winter. All the snow and the could crisp air, the crunch of the grass beneath her feet. She got excited just thinking about it. She didn't know what to do, nodding at the mans last question then pulling a hand up to her face to rub her temple.
She then remembered something her mother told her to ask, so she did. Word for word. "Where is the best place for Cell reception? My mother likes to 'check on me' and I have to reply." She waited for a reply, but then thought of something else to ask and followed her first question with another. "I read that this is a DIY school, is that true? It would be wonderful if it is!" She couldn't stand the thought of someone else touching her darling horses.

His brow creased as he thought about her question. "Other than some of the trails, where the trees are a little dense, you can get good reception all over campus." Being around large animals, it was something that made life very easy. He nodded to her second question, which at least made her seem very hands on - always a good thing. "Yes, the barns here a completely DIY, and a help out if you can kind of thing. With that said though, if the winter weather is really bad, the staff cover the morning feeds."

Saraphene picked up the map and her key from the table while she nodded at his first answer noting in her head that dense woodland was bad for cell reception. She smiled happy to know that there was decent cell reception at such a rural area. She carried on nodding, happy to hear that she was correct about the DIY of her horse was acceptable. In fact the whole school board was DIY that was crazy to her.
Saraphene was still amazed at the arrival to such a beautiful place, she just couldn't wait to go and meet new people and make friends! Friends were her goal at the moment, gather a friendship group and then have a good time! "Okay, I think I don't have anymore questions at the moment! I will be sure to look through those numbers or return here in the future if I do! Thank you for your service!" She smiled again, her eyes gleaming from caged excitement. She then skipped away humming the rest of her song.
