Personality>> Demeter is your typical Earth spirit. However, she is far from being an airhead. Demi loves nature and would rather in a million years be outside then stuck behind a desk typing on a computer. In a thunder storm, she will more often then not be standing out in the middle of it, she loves the smell of rain and the power of lightning always amazes her. She loves being able to ride a horse out to watch the sun rise.
She is friendly to everyone she meets, even when she belonged to the in-crowd back in high school she was friends with everyone. She has a gift of being able to attract animals toward herself, so will often be seen with a couple following her although she doesn’t own any. She is an empath, meaning that she can sense the feelings of the people around her and if the emotions of another person are strong enough, she will reflect them, so if you’re in a bad mood, best keep away from Dem as anger is the strongest emotion (besides love of course).
If you ever need someone to talk to, Demi is the person to go and see. Kind of heart, mind and soul, Demeter will always offer to help anyone who asks it of her, no matter how much time it might cost her.

Appearance>> Standing at five feet and eight inches, Demi is quite tall. She is also well toned from years in the saddle as well as being sporty while in school. Her brunette hair, that comes down to mid back, is always tied back in a pony tail. She is never seen without her earrings, but they are always very simple studs as dangling ones would just get in the way of her work. Even when she's wearing her vet coat, she is always in jeans.

Full History>> Demeter is the younger of two children, but only by five minutes – something her brother is forever reminding her of. Demeter grew up at a hunter barn, in which her mother was manager and top trainer, so she has been in the saddle since she was a babe-in-arms.
The Carr children grew up with a solo parent, as the man who sired them wasn’t too happy when he found out that his wife was pregnant – least of all with two babies – so he decided to end their marriage and vanished off the face of the earth, never wanting to know either of his children. Even without a father, Demeter grew up with wholesome background, and never had to want for anything I her life.
Through her schooling career (at Blue Ridge Riding Academy), Demi was always one of the popular crowd, head cheerleader, head of the social committee, Homecoming Queen, anything where she was always in the spotlight. Forever surrounded by close friends and followers (yup, including freshman, Andie Simone).
After being spotted by scouts at a riding competition, Demeter and her brother were asked to join an elite academy to be trained as hopeful Olympians. Things changed for Demi after she started at the Academy, and even though she excelled in the saddle, her heart just wasn't in the thrill of competing any more. Following her heart, Demi began to study animal science and after years of study, she gained her DVM as an equine vet.
