Dear mother and father,
How are you? I am doing fine. I haven't meet many people yet only 2 of my peers and Ms. Chevalier. Ms. Chevalier is the barn manager of the Red Willow Barn which is where Raisa is stabled. How are the horses? Raisa is doing fine. She seems to be settling in nicely. She hasn't hurt herself at all and doesn't seem anxious or anything like that.
All of my classes are going well. I checked Anna Karenina at the library. It is so weird to read it in English. I was wondering if you can send me my books-the ones in Russian? I would appreciate it. I have read through all of my books that I brought with me. All of my teachers seem nice so far. During my free time I have been doing homework,studying,riding,or reading.
I am having a good time at Blue Ridge. I hope you are having a good time at home. I have been meaning to call or email you but I keep forgetting. I promise I'll call or email you once a month. I was wondering if any letters have come for me from Russia. I gave Aniya, Katina and Milena our address. They told they would write to me since it would be cheaper than sending me texts. Their parents said that they would pay for them to call me. I was wondering if you would do the same or you can take it out of my wallet. I left it at home in the usual spot. Thanks mama i papa.
