Personality>>
xx. EMOTIONLESS
From all the crap Avery has been through in her life, the girl has turned down emotion-filled problems in her life with an off switch. She doesn’t feel attachment, nor love for anything other than her horses. She’s quite feisty and will attack someone if attacked with words. The girl isn’t afraid of her actions rather afraid of her hard-shell breaking down. While it something quite typical for a girl that has been through a lot, Avery’s heart has been broken and has regrown a bit crooked. She doesn’t really care about emotional stuff at all, though horse-back riding and academics are quite important. Well, academics if the teacher doesn’t piss her off first.
xx. BLUNT
Avery is also quite honest in her words. She doesn’t hesitate to share her opinions on things with anyone whether it’s offensive to them or not. She honestly won’t care. This personality trait gives the brunette somewhat of a hard edge to her attitude, though it’s not who she used to be. Avery still has quiet fury in her and while she will talk about everyone else’s problems, no one gets to know about hers. This also causes many, actually the majority of people she meets to dislike her.
xx. HOT-HEAD
As much as she tries, of course, the girl isn’t completely emotionless. When topics hit close to home, meet the devil in five foot four form. Avery does have a temper unlike her older brother, which still today completely confuses the siblings’ father. Her usual burst of anger come with a bit of rudeness as well as the usual amount of iciness and then she’s off to making it very clear she’s done talking to you. Even before she gets mad, Avery likes to make it very clear what she wants everyone to think she’s feeling especially when you’re getting close to the real soft side of her.
xx. BRAVE
Despite her little fears, Avery likes to think she isn’t scared of anything. This being said, she is pretty hard to scare. The last thing the girl would be is a coward. She absolutely despises cowardly behavior, and she likes to be the opposite. Avery isn’t afraid to stick up for herself or others that she believes needs to be stood up for as well. Avery likes to believe in fairness due to the fact her life has been so unfair. She wants to make those around her be fair as well or she will serve them their own plate of justice.

Appearance>>
xx. FIGURE
Avery has a quite slender, but muscular figure. As an athlete and an avid fan of sports, the girl has muscle setting her weight around one hundred and twenty pounds for her five four frame. She is extremely strong, physically wise causing her muscles to pop out when in use. While she secretly hates this fact, Avery would rather be her muscular self than the impossibly delicate girls there are around her. She takes pride in her workouts and tries to keep her body. She isn’t fat by any means at all, rather quite lithe due to her numerous exercises.
xx. FACE
Avery’s face is quite heart shaped, though has a rounder trait to it. Her face is somewhat childish, though as she matured, her face as has turned more into heart. Avery has large cheekbones that really define her sweet face that at times can say some very un-nice things. The brunette’s eyes are a very greenish shade of turquoise that tends to look charcoal half the time unless you look closely. They also tend to draw in people, though Avery prefers not to look people in the eye unless she’s really trying to get to them. Then, the girl’s smile is large when genuine exposing the sweet side of her. Finally, Avery has somewhat thick eyebrows to add to this, that actually go very nice with the rest of her face.
xx. HAIR
The girl doesn’t really pay too much attention to her hair other than the basic needs of shampooing/conditioning, brushing etc. Naturally, it lies pretty much straight on her back, long and free or tied in a fancy looking pony-tail. She also sometimes puts it in hair nets to ride. Her hair however is not perfectly straight and lays a bit wavy in some strands that tend to fit her face quite well. Avery likes hair quite a bit and is somewhat conservative about adding dies into it and stuff like that. She will get haircuts and such, and hair styles but anything too artificial is a no-go with her.
xx. STYLE
Coming from a somewhat average family, the girl has been spoilt by her grandparents with clothes. She loves to where anything classy and will make up her own outfits to her liking. Above anything, Avery prefers to look professional when she rides in which she does save up her money to buy the new clothes and styles that comes out in Dover. Unlike other fashionistas, Avery knows what hard work is enough to practically pay for most of her clothing items.

xx. CHILDHOOD
Avery Laura Jacobs was born on a farm in the beautiful wine country of California; in particular Napa. She was born only one year apart from her older brother, who never failed to remind her of this fact. Both of her parents were overjoyed at the prospect of having both their dreams come to life. Their wishes to get a farm and have a family of at least two children were successful and now they only tried their best to take care of their kids. Avery grew up nicely, following in her brother’s footsteps to help around Mr. Dennis and Charlotte Jacobs’ Vineyard. The place had been the family business for generations and Avery nearly understood this as well as her brother. She took pride in everything she did, eager to make her family proud even though they were proud of whatever she did. Avery got beautiful grades even in her early years of life, completely baffling her teachers with the child’s obvious brightness. Avery learnt quickly the ways of the farm, and made friends with all the animals on the farm. The things that particularly intrigued her were the horses. Along with her brother, the girl quickly grew in love with them. She loved life as a child and to this day, she calls it the days of light.
xx. EARLY TEENS
Avery quickly followed her brother’s footsteps into taking horseback riding lessons beginning at the age of six. She loved anything to do with them, especially the particularly adrenaline pumping disciplines as jumping. As the siblings got more into the sport, Leo separated into dressage while Avery quickly chose her true love of cross country and eventing in general. She liked to do both, and she couldn’t resist the scare she got in response from her mother as she watched her daughter jump the big scary cross country logs. Avery quickly tuned in horses to her circle of life, along with grades and social life. The girl quickly grew popular in school, being liked by mainly everyone except for the few people that didn’t. Of course, such a joyous lifestyle had to come to closing. As her brother and herself turned more into horseback riding, Avery corrected herself quickly but her brother didn’t stop. Mr. Jacobs immediately grew driving and harsh on their grades, attempting to get them to work harder and better with other things in life. After Leo only paid attention to his horse, their father refused to get Avery one as well. This led into a bunch of conflicts between the family and caused Ms. Jacobs to grow severely depressed and stressed. One day, during a thunderstorm, the mother had gotten into a fight with Dennis, finally driving as fast as she could away in fury. She quickly lost control of the car and crashed into a tree at eighty miles an hour; immediately killing herself and her family’s happiness. While Leo was the only one to see it, Avery grew dark and furious at her brother for “killing” their mother. The girl’s way of coping was tossing her anger and hatred at the fact she had lost someone on someone else and the poor someone else was Leo.
xx. RECENTS BEFORE BRRA
Avery started show her open anger and hatred for her brother for anything else that tried to come into her life and it impacted the family quite a bit. Mr. Jacobs grew depressed at the loss of his wife and turned to alcohol to help him cope. The farm went into debt to the point where the bank wanted to take it away. To Avery’s secret relief, Leo stood up finally deciding to end the endless cycle of downfall, and Mr. Jacobs sent him away to the fancy riding school. Still furious, but happy that he was gone (well at least she told herself this), the two Jacobs went back to Charlotte’s parents’ house where they welcomed both with open arms. She immediately grew to love her grandparents and slowly, they began to bring the girl back. She turned from completely a puppy’s mother into a less harsh teenage girl into the fair to an edge young woman she is today. Finally, on the girl’s sixteenth birthday, the two grandparents decided to surprise their granddaughter and her father. They had enrolled her in BRRA with their endless amount of money. Furious at them once more for daring to send her to the school her brother was in. Grudgingly, she agreed to go, but only if they bought her a horse. Happily, they did exactly that and bought her an eventing mount in which she loves to death today. The girl now has just arrived at the academy, as fiery as usual and ready to make everyone who deserves its lives miserable.
We found love in a hopeless place
