Personality>> Evan is a shy girl who does not speak much, she loves school and she loves being with people and animals. Full History>> Evangeline was born to her mother and father in Kentucky and they owned a number of racecourses in Kentucky. She used to be a cocky arrogant child with her best friend Annie. They were like sisters. Evan was not really a horse person when she was younger. Even though she loved animals, she never really did have a talent for working with horses. When Evangeline was 9 she loved playing with Annie on the railway line and one day they were running together and Annie fell. Evangeline only noticed that her friend wasn't next to her when she heard the train coming. Evan looked back and saw the train hitting the fallen Annie, who died on impact.
Evan was there at the funeral but she never stop forgetting about Annie. She became less confident in herself and at school she hardly spoke to anyone. Evan's father tried cheering her up by showing her to his racehorses and Evangeline fell in love with them. She started getting taught how to ride a horse and she went to a riding school near her home in Kentucky and she being really good and she decided to go to Blue Ridge when she was 14.
