xx. SHY
Leo is the type of person to be by himself nearly a hundred percent of the time, not really speak until he is spoken to and above all, turn bright red at the whole flirting concept. He doesn’t like to get involved with anything dramatic and would rather die than go up on stage. Leo isn’t that great at making new friends. He’s difficult to start a conversation with due to his lack of outgoingness. For someone to actually get something out of him, he needs someone loud and persistent. He enjoys different things and intriguing personalities. The seventeen year old tends to get along with those better than the simply flirtatious ones.

xx. CALM
The boy rarely ever gets mad. He hasn’t gotten mad past his toddler years in fact. At his worst times, Leo gets disappointed and sad, but rarely ever mad. He can’t find himself losing his temper and rather backs down to advanced threats. The boy doesn’t like to cause trouble and never gets into fist fights. He’d rather take a quieter approach on such arguments, thinking about what he would do if he was in the opposite’s position. Of course, there are exceptions to his calm demeanor, but Leo is for the most part “bomb-proof”.

The boy doesn’t like to express himself through words or actions. He likes to explain his definitions of life through art. Leo enjoys every time he gets to take beautiful photos or be behind an easel painting away. He truly loves anything creative and excels in such classes. Without creativity, Leo would find himself completely losing his usual cool self. For anyone, and Leo being no exception, there has to be a way for people to express themselves. Leo expresses himself through visual arts, and takes things to a deeper meaning. He always acts with a very subtle purpose. Leo sees the world through a lens.

Even as the quiet person he is, Leo does have his negative traits. Building walls around his emotions, Leo doesn’t usually ever let anyone in or anything out. He doesn’t like to have people see the real, true artistic self of him only because he doesn’t want to be part of the drama coming with it. xx. BUILD
Leo is quite a big guy. His body is built tall, and muscular, causing a faraway observer to think he may look intimidating. His height reaches nearly reaches six feet, though he isn’t super tall. He weighs around 150 pounds. Leo doesn’t really like to think of himself as intimidating or scary in anyway, rather he tries to hide his frame by wearing things that make him appear less daunting. The boy also is quite big in the muscle department, due to the many hours of work on his father vineyard. Leo actually does workout to keep himself in shape however, just so he is healthy and prepared.

xx. FACE
Despite the boy’s large build and intimidating stance, as soon as your eyes hit his face; you see the innocence in him. Leo has a very soft face, one that makes a cute smile or a very good imitation of some very cute baby animal. While he may be a man on the outside, the boy’s face says it all. Leo has somewhat of a boyish mix into his maturing features, though you can still see the kid in him. He has a wide grin and cute look, one that usually gets others to fall though he honestly doesn’t mean to. The last thing he wants is attention.

Leo’s hair is one mop of a light brown, usually gelled into some style or another or at times, he lets it shag over his forehead. He gives it slightly a messy look, though it comes pretty much naturally for him. Leo doesn’t actually give much more for his appearance, except for his body. Even then, it’s not much other than staying healthy. He’s got other things to deal with throughout his life than to mess with his hair too much. He does give it a little spikiness when he’s in the mood but otherwise it’s just a messy, cute style.

Leo’s usual style mainly contains of anything that makes him feel comfortable or is suitable for occasion. He likes to make sure he’s dressed appropriately for things, and never ever sags his pants. That said, the boy’s isn’t exactly designer type. He’s more of the dress in the dark and come out with whatever type. He won’t wear something nutcase either, just something that reflects him and his home. He likes anything close to him that makes him feel like himself.

xx. CHILDHOOD
Leonardo Frank Jacobs was born on a farm in the beautiful wine country of California, Napa. His parents, Mr. Dennis and Mrs. Charlotte Jacobs were very happy at the fact they were finally able to produce a son. He grew up happily in his first years, learning by his stay at home mother and spending time as a family on the weekends. Mr. Dennis Jacobs was a somewhat successful man, owning all the acres his father and grandfather had before him. He ran a vineyard, one that was put through many family generations. Leo would soon come to realize and acknowledge this as something in his future. When the boy turned one, Mrs. Jacobs gave birth to yet another child, Leo’s adorable little sister, Avery. Immediately, the boy loved his sister to death and helped his mother take care of her when his father was out at work on the rows and rows of grapes surrounding the farm. He grew up happily enough, and soon enough, got introduced to his father’s horses. Being a vineyard owner gave the family an opportunity to have enough land to just hold horses in for pleasure, in which Leo took up to the next step. Eventually, Mr. Jacobs hired a trainer to teach him as he turned six.

xx. EARLY TEENS
The boy loved it, as did his little sister and they learned to ride at about the same speed in the fancy discipline of dressage. Leo found the discipline intriguing and somewhat of a puzzle, something he couldn’t resist. Of course, his father’s quarter horses made somewhat interesting dressage mounts, the boy did as he could till his father finally bought him a beautiful Thoroughbred mare for his twelfth birthday. Leo loved the mare so much; he soon turned all his priorities into horse riding. This caused a series of problems. He would arrive to work on the farm late, his grades dropped and most importantly, his want to take the farm after his father lessened. Mr. Jacobs soon realized this and began to start fights within the family causing his mother to become severely depressed at the amount of tension going around. As much as Leo felt bad about it, his love for horses drove him mad until finally, his mother drove out in total madness. The boy watched the woman take the old pickup after arguing with his father about his horse, in the middle of a thunderstorm. It took her only a few seconds to lose control of the vehicle on the slippery roads before driving straight into a tree at eighty miles an hour. Leo watched in slow motion as his mother died that very night. Self-realization soon hit the whole family as well did grief. Mr. Jacobs stopped being so hard on his son and Leo got his priorities straight. Only Avery was left emotionally scarred and furious at Leo for ‘killing’ her mother.

xx. RECENTS BEFORE BRRA
At Avery’s hatred, Leo grew dull and blocked. He refused to let others in, in fear he would hurt them as he did his mother. His father was depressed and turned to his alcohol even more, letting the fates of the farm slowly die. They soon went in debt, and the bank threatened to take their land. Finally Leo realized what was going on and bravely confronted his father. After weeping some and apologizing, Dennis Jacobs used the last of his saved up money to send Leo away, where he hoped the boy would be happier and more successful than him. Leo left with his precious mare, promising to come back one day and buy the farm back from the bank. As soon as the boy left, the bank took the farm and the two remaining Jacobs left to live with Charlotte’s parents. They welcomed them in sweetly and Leo was happy they were safe though there was no denying Avery hated him more than ever. Leo wishes to get her trust and forgiveness one day, even if it is the last thing he does.
