The Personality
Personality: Cheesecake is a lively young mare, with something similar to a stubborn streak. She can be hard to get under full control, however she can be compliant whenever she feels the desire to be. Unfortunately, that is not altogether too often. She loves to buck and rear, and on particularly bad days she is not above kicking and biting at her owner. She loves to mill about in the pasture, especially whenever it means she gets to be around other horses. Of all the gaits she seems to prefer a gallop, as she feels as if she has more control over her rider.
Caution Around: Dogs, Trucks, Trailers, Helicopters, Guns, Loud Pops
The History
Basic History: Cheesecake spent the first 3 years of her life with her herd, before she had been rounded up. As she was a yearling she and her herd had found their way onto private lands, which had been unfenced temporarily. The owners dogs had come after the herd, and a confused man had come out, armed with shotgun. He had begun firing warning shots, aiming to just narrowly miss. As they bolted back for the stretch of land that had come from, Cheese had been grazed in the process.
Nothing altogether too eventful had happened in the next few years, until the Bureau of Land Management had rounded up all of the mustangs and laid them all out for adoption. Her beautiful cremello coat had ensure her a quick-to-go horse, and she had sold for $1,500, which was a pretty good amount all things considered. She had been purchased by a somewhat lanky adult named Xavier. After spending a little time to make sure she was manageable, he had led her into a trailer (with a great deal of effort), and they had set out to Blue Ridge.
