<<Played by Mandolin>>
Shine a light through an open door
Full Name>>Olivia Jane Song

Age>> August 2- 26
Staff or Student>> Staff- barrel racing instructor
House>>
Gender>> Female
Sexuality>> Heterosexual
Face Claim>> Cassadee Pope
Turn away 'cause I need you more
Personality>> Olivia is probably your average southern girl. She likes her sweet tea with lemon she's pretty much always seen in blue jeans. Olivia is pretty much a bucket of sass sprinkled with some sarcasm with just a tiny dash of in your face and a side of toughness. She's pretty fierce, and she either likes you or she doesn't. Same way with her students, if you throw in some attitude, or make a bad first impression, odds are it'll be really hard to get back on Ms. Song's good side. The opposite is for those she likes. If she likes you, your pretty much set, and it'll be hard for her to see wrong in you, but you have to prove you're worth it first... She can see right through suck-ups.
Likes>> barrel racing, competitions, comfort food, coca-cola, blue jeans
Dislikes>> sushi, bees, suck-ups, when people call her Olive, arrogance
Fears>> getting so injured she can't compete any more, losing the ones she holds dear
Hopes>> to make a difference in someone's life, to have kids
Secrets>> she had an abusive father
It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
Appearance>> Olivia is pretty average, height-wise. She's about 5'6 1/2 and she's fine with it. She has redish-brown hair with an under layer that is blonde. On occasion, when she's wants to change it up, she'll add a streak of unnatural color, but that isn't the usual, and it normally isn't for very long. She has caramel brown eyes that you could swear turn a very dark brown when she gets really mad. She's almost always seen wearing blue jeans, and it very hard to tear her away from them, except for when she goes to church. If it's an option, she'll match a t-shirt with her jeans, but when she's teaching she likes to dress a little nicer, wearing maybe a pocket tee or a similar kind of shirt (Old Navy is her hot spot). Everyone swears she's attached to her boots, though she has about 12 different pairs.
Markings>> She has a couple stars that mark her torso, and a burn mark on her right arm. She has a tattoo on the side of her torso that says "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger"
But I’ve gotta let it go
Medical History>> Several small injuries from her father
Criminal History>> None
Full History>> Olivia was born when her mother was only 19. At that time, her father was only 21, but already an alcoholic since he was 18. When Olivia was born, her mother gave her to her grandmother to raise. Olivia loved her grandmother very much, and rarely saw her mother, but because she was so young, her mother was "out of sight, out of mind." When Olivia was 7, her grandmother passed away, leaving her to go back to her mother's care. Her mother was working hard to support her husband, Olivia's father, who did absolutely nothing to help. Olivia's mother loved her, but she lived in a denial that Olivia's father would one day break free from alcohol and they would all be a happy family. Olivia's father was abusive to both her and her mother, sending them both to the hospital multiple times. When Olivia was 14, her mother died from a case of untreated pneumonia. When a social worker came to check on her and her father, she discovered Olivia's father's state and put Olivai in foster care, where she lived until she was 18. While Olivia was in foster care, from the time she was 15-18, she lived with a large foster family that lived on a ranch. There, she grew to love horses and turned all the negative energy from her life into positive energy through competitions. To this day, it is her stress reliever. She has now grown from her experience, and realized that it has made her a stronger person.
We found love in a hopeless place
