The Personality
Personality: Ares is a very quick learner and can be taught many new things and excel at them as well. When riding he makes a habit of gnawing on the bit if he isn't given enough stimulation. Again, if he isn't given enough stimulation while in the stall he may start chewing on anything in the stall, or his reach. Ares builds up energy pretty  quickly so he needs a good warm up before riding. His real problem is simply getting focused on the task, but once he is, he becomes the perfect mount. Not much spooks him even when he isn't focused on something.
Caution Around:Yipping dogs, and loud, sudden noises.

The History
Basic History: Hannah wanted a horse of her own instead of riding Dan's mother's horses, so she leased herself an eventing horse to get a feel for new disciplines. She found jumping much more fun than barrel racing or reining, so Hannah bought herself a new jumper.

Ares was born on a rather large farm that breed trakehners and knabstruppers for eventing. He was a very fine horse that excelled in jumping, but they weren't seeking him to be a stud so he was gelding and put up for sale. His new owners worked with him well and he did just as well as at his previous home. His owners were forced to move so he was sold again, and this time around he caught Hannah's eye.

Dan made sure to train Ares in barrel racing while Hannah was in school so she didn't have to give up western completely (which she was fine with.)

The Personality
Personality: Cass puts tremendous amounts of energy into whatever you ask her. She is a cribber and will randomly start sucking in air, and Hannah has no idea why. She will rarely invade your personal space, even when a treat is nearby. Cass doesn't particularly like being loved on, though she loves Hannah all the same. She is a rather reserved and hardworking horse.
Caution Around: Spurs (don't ride her with spurs), plastic bags, and small horses (ponies and minis)

The History
Basic History: While Hannah was still leasing her eventer she began to love dressage as well as jumping. Again, she set out on a hunt for a horse, particularly one trained in dressage. She was also beginning to love Knabstruppers as well.

Cass was bred specifically for dressage, and she did well in it as well. Being that there was a surplus of horses Cass was put up for sale in her later years. Hannah made sure to snag her because of her talent, and her eye catching beauty.
