Personality>> Sergei is calm and collected, even at the worst of times, or at least he appears so. He suffers from depression, and some days are harder than others to get through. His emotions are pretty much stable, but often he struggles to get out of bed to just start the day. He soft spoken, but prefers to stay quiet, stoic and withdrawn. He self-harms to cope with his emotions, as he doesn't know how to express himself other than through dance, and even then, he doesn't perform in front of anyone else. His only real passion is dancing, and it is the only time he feels as if his spirit comes alive.

Appearance>> Sergei has a classic dancer's build. He is tall, just over six foot tall, and lanky. He isn't heavily muscled, but years of dancing has given him a refined, muscular appearance. He has wide, dark brown eyes, but they are not filled with the youthfulness of his age. They hold all the pain, and burdens of him, appearing as if he is carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders, which he often feels he is. His hair is kept at a medium length, often curling at the tips when wet, and is semi-dark brown. He has the posture of a dancer, back always straight. His expression is often blank, never betraying his emotions to the world or the people around him. His preferred choice of clothing is form fitting jeans and short sleeved shirts, with Converse trainers, never with open shoes. When he dances, he wears cut-off sleeved shirts with his tights, or swaps the tights for sweats, depending on his mood.
Markings>> Scars on the inside of his thighs from cutting himself.
But I’ve gotta let it go
Medical History>> Is being treated for depression, has a tendency to self-harm as well.
Criminal History>> n/a
Full History>> Sergei was born to a Russian father and a French/British mother, out of wedlock. His grandparents on his mother's side legally adopted him as soon as he was born, but he was always raised knowing who his parents were. His father, although claiming to love his mother, refused to marry her even with his son being born. The reason why? Sergei's father was 35 years old, married with 2 children, and Sergei's mother was 18, and just some action on the side. His mother refused that Sergei take his father's surname and thus, the strange combination of names. Sergei grew up in the French countryside, and was four when he started ballet lessons. It was at this academy that he was molested by his dance teacher, and he never told anyone, simply refusing to go back. He did love dancing though, and he was enrolled into another dance school. It was apparent at an early age that he had a natural talent, and always excelled above the rest of the class.
School presented another challenge for Sergei as he didn't make friends easily. Children could be cruel, and they called him names, teasing him for being a ballet dancer. It endured for years, and Sergei simply fell silent, refusing to let it show how much it hurt him. When he was ten, his father contested the adoption, and Sergei had to go live with his father. The man was cruel, calling his son a faggot when Sergei attended his ballet lessons, but the Russian dance masters raved over this young talent. When Sergei was admitted to hospital with broken ribs, his mother took him back home, but the spirit had left her son almost completely.
A horse was the answer. An old schoolmaster which had problems of his own, but Sergei and the gelding bonded. Sergei never rode the horse, but the pair simply enjoyed each others company, running through fields and simply finding some lost happiness.
Fast forward five years, and Sergei and his mother moved to the States, and Sergei was diagnosed with depression, the changes too quick for him to accept. His lack of identity and unable to really communicate overwhelming him. Now, at 17, his grandparents and mother have sent him to Blue Ridge in the hopes of him rediscovering himself.
We found love in a hopeless place
