Personality>> Shell lives to please, as long as her owner (or the person handling her) is happy then so is she. The problem with this though, is that she doesn't stop to think for herself at times which can put her and her rider in trouble, but she stands perfectly still while being groomed, mounted, in the trailer (once she's asked to stand, she will stand there till the end of time if it makes you happy). She doesn't like the farrier, but that was taken care of when her shoes were removed. She seems happier with the company of people as she will rush to the gate if she sees people, rather than standing with the horses in the pasture. However, this quirk has two sides, as she also loves to play hard to get, so she'll run up to you as long as you don't have her halter. Shell's favourite treat is day old bread.

Basic History>> The beginning of this youngster's life is unknown as she was found in the killpen at an auction that Fiachra was attending with his boss and the other workers, as they had brought some of the weanlings to the auction who didn't have the needed conformation for racing, but they would make great riding horses.
Returning with her to the stud, Fiachra was laughed at, by the other workers, for bringing a cross bred to the establishment, but the owners' youngest daughter, Imogen, instantly jumped at the chance to help the man retrain the pretty mare. She took to her training with so much ease that Imogen said the mare must have been trained already. The girl took the mare to a couple of shows and placed well with the mare in all of the classes.
