Personality>> Annalise is a gentle girl. She is very friendly to people she meets. Annalise has some friends and some best friends back in Germany. She would be willing to do anything for her friends. Though Annalise can be friendly sometimes she doesn't see eye to eye with some people so to speak. She is very kind and used to bring animals in off the street into their home until the animals were given new homes or reunited with their owners. Annalise loves animals so it makes her furious that someone would abuse an animal. Annalise is very loyal to her friends and you will have a friend for life once she is your friend. Annalise would be willing to stay up all night just to talk to you if you are upset about something. Annalise is the kind of girl where you could call her in the middle of the night and she would come over as fast as she could.

Secrets>> Annalise was accused of cheating. Her paper had been visible by the other students so they coped down the answers. Though Annalise didn't mean for her paper to be visible it was and she was given a zero for the paper.

Appearance>> Annalise is about 5"2'. She weighs about 95 pounds. Annalise has shoulder length blond hair. She has startling blue eyes. Her hair is normally down or in a ponytail. Annalise wears a small pair of diamond earrings normally but she can be seen with a different pair of earrings. Annalise normally won't wear dangle earrings because they get caught in her hair but she will for special occasions. Annalise doesn't normally wear any jewelry but she will for special occasions. Annalise has tan skin that doesn't come from a tanning salon. She works outside in the barn every day during summer so that it where her tan comes from. She normally doesn't smile that often but when she does people say she has a beautiful smile and that she should smile more often.

Full History>> Annalise was born on December 10 in Berlin, Germany. She was the daughter of Maria and Derick Ehrlichmann. Annalise's parents are both German citizens. Annalise was the youngest child in the family. Annalise's parents had an older daughter named Alexandra. Alexandra was 3 years older than Annalise. The two siblings fought like all siblings do but they became friends after a few years. Alexandra was one of Annalise's best friends.
After a few years of Annalise staying at home it was time for the young girl to start going to school. Annalise always did well at school but one of the things she disliked when she was younger was reading. Her parents were stupefied as to why their daughter didn't like reading. They made her read for a few minutes each day. After a year or so Annalise began to love reading. After that it was clear why Annalise didn't like reading. All of the books she had previously read had been to easy for the young girl. Annalise began to read harder books to challenge her.
When Annalise was 8 her parents made a life-changing decision. Annalise had been taking lessons from a nearby stable for a few years. Her parents had decided to buy a horse farm because of their daughter's obsession over horses and Maria's lifelong dream to own a horse farm. Annalise began to ride one of her instructor's harder horses. As the years passed Annalise moved onto harder horses. While her parents got horses for their farm. Though they searched for one for Annalise they had trouble finding one. Eventually they decided to wait a year or two and try again.
Annalise continued to ride one of her instructor's horses. Annalise was 14 and enjoying summer. It was June and Annalise was having a very good time so far. Annalise was coming home from a friend's house in the dark night. She had to go home because she couldn't sleepover at Elsie's place. Annalise decided to take a short cut through an alley-way when she was cornered by two men. The two men were foreign-they sounded middle eastern but Annalise wasn't sure.
The two men grabbed her by the arms when she tried to flee. She hit her head against the ground when the men threw her on the ground and pointed a gun at her head. The men said they would shoot her if she didn't give them everything she had that was of value. Annalise gave them everything she had. It didn't take much time after the men left for her to gather her wits about her. Annalise ran home as fast as she could. When she arrived at home it was early in the morning and her parents asked were she was when they saw her disheveled appearance. Annalise began to have nightmares from that night. She woke up screaming and crying.
Annalise couldn't stay in Germany any longer. Annalise began to look up equine boarding schools in other countries. She found quite a few but only one or two caught her eye. Annalise got a surprise one day. She went out to the barn to do farm chores and found that there was a new horse in one of the stalls. When Annalise asked her mom about it her mom said that the horse was Annalise's. Annalise had ridden this horse as one of her lesson horses once or twice. Annalise realized what happened. Her parents had gotten the horse on trial and then bought the mare after. Annalise renamed the mare. She renamed her Deshta. Annalise and Deshta got along very well.
Annalise sent in her application to Blue Ridge Riding Academy. Annalise waited anxiously for a reply. Finally she got one. Annalise was accepted into the academy. Though it would be sad to leave her country and parents she hoped it would help get rid of her nightmares. Annalise is staying with the Smith family in Kentucky near Blue Ridge. Annalise was very happy to know that she could bring her mare as the Smith family had a barn with horses in it. She was happy to know that and that the Smith's would be ok with her bringing Duscha to Kentucky with her.
Annalise boarded a plane to the United States. Duscha would be coming later. Annalise quickly found the Smith's in the airport. Annalise adjusted quickly to the change. Now she is on her to her new school in Kentucky. Annalise hopes that she will do well in school because her parents told her if she got a C or lower she would be coming back home as soon as possible.
