Turn away 'cause I need you more
Personality>> Kimber isn't exactly... proper. She was raised deep in the heart of Texas, and she has that southern belle beauty with a rattlesnake tongue. She doesn't really take much from people. At all. She's a handful, and if she really wasn't so good at her job she probably wouldn't have it. She tells everything how it is. She doesn't really care who's feelings she hurts, and that's why most of her students either hate her or love her. Parents don't like her. Especially when they see the tattoo on her forearm of two pistols with angels wings. They think she's a bad influence, but really; Kimber has saved a lot of girls and boys from making serious mistakes and getting through some of their tough times at the Academy. Kimber is the only female Western instructor so far, and she doesn't mind it. Women don't seem to like her all that much, but she gets along with the boys because well... she is one of the boys. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and get in and do work.

It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
Appearance>> Kimber is a pretty girl. No she's not the most gorgeous woman on the face of the planet, but she is extremely self-confident and it makes her shine. She's curvy. She is only 5'4 and weighs 135 pounds. She's plump, but she doesn't try to change her body just to fit society. Her hair is a gorgeous golden blond, and she likes to keep darker highlights in it to bring out the color. Her eyes are a dark sapphire blue. Year round she stays a light gold tan, never really getting pale, and in the summer she tans faster than most even though she's fair complected.
Markings>> Kimber has a tattoo of two pistols barrel to barrel with angel wings out to the sides on her inner forearm. Of course, she has to keep it covered up with large bandages or ace bandage wrap.
But I’ve gotta let it go
Medical History>> Broke her femur when she was sixteen when she was thrown and landed on the edge of a barrel.
Criminal History>> N/A
Full History>> Kimber Harvey was born in Dallas, Texas on a rather large horse ranch owned by her late father. They raised top of the line American Quarter Horses and American Paints. Kimber had always been around them, and her dad used to put her in the saddle with him when she was only a few months old. Her mom was never really in the picture because she ran off once she was able to be free from the hospital and was rested after giving birth. So, Kimber was raised by her dad. She took a quick liking to the horses, and when she was five, her dad finally put her up in the saddle and started her on barrel racing. Kimber took off with it. She loved it. She began doing the kids shows at rodeos, and as she got older, she became more advanced and was ready to start moving up to county, regional, and state rodeos. When she turned eighteen, her dad gave her a beautiful tri-colored Paint filly to train herself to be a barrel racer. Kimber still had the gelding she used in the rodeos, so she could still participate, but most of her time was dedicated to working the filly.
As soon as the young mare, whom she named Chevelle, was halter broke, she began leading her around barrels in the patter she would run them once she got older. The filly began to respond well, and when she was finally able to be saddle broke, she accepted it quickly. Chevelle had always been eager to learn and did very well with accepting something that was different. She trusted Kimber and that was one of the bigger things that make the two such an awesome team now. The mare finally hit the age of four and was one of the most beautiful things that came out of her father's ranch. She stood at a solid 15 hands even, and weighed around 1000 pounds of solid, raw muscle. Her disposition was nearly flawless, matching her performance when running barrels. When the mare turned five, Kimber used her, much to everyone's shock, in the state rodeo. Kimber really had no fear of the mare failing at doing her job. She was a spectacular athlete and knew her duty. To everyone's disbelief, Kimber ended up winning and taking home the buckle.
Devastating news hit when she returned from the state rodeo. She found out her father and her sister had been killed in a car accident. They were hit by a drunk driver head on, killing them both instantly. What added to the horrifying event, was the fact that they had already sold off the farm within the week that she was gone. She was angry. She was never notified of her father and her sister's passing, nothing. She had no chance to fight for the farm and all the horses, so she did what she had to do. She loaded up Chevelle and all of her belongings, and made her way up north. She kept checking for jobs and applied for the Barrel Racing Instructor on Blue Ridge Riding Academy, giving her resume of all the rodeos she had won and years of barrel racing she had done. She got a call, and made her way there; not calling Kentucky her home.
We found love in a hopeless place
Pet Name>> Ruger
Registered Name>> N/A
Age>> 4
Gender>> Male
Species>> Canine
Breed>> German Shepherd x Rottweiler
Registry>> N/A
Personality>> Ruger, even though he has two very bold breeds in him, is a very kind and well-mannered dog. He was born and raised around equines, and knows how to act around them. He doesn't bark unless alerting Kimber of something, or unless threatened in any way. He's sweet, and isn't afraid to greet strangers. He isn't bad about jumping up on people, nor does he growl when others go towards him or Kimber, unless in a threatening way, but has never bitten anyone.
History>> Kimber adopted Ruger. She stopped at a pet shelter, wanting another companion to keep with her, and found the year old dog in the back. The owners of the shelter said he had been there for some time, and that no one wanted him because of his breed. So, Kimber filled out papers and took him home, working on training and such when she made stops on her way to Kentucky.
