Ok, it seems a few people are struggling with the account creating thing, so I'm hoping that this might help a few people out.
The first thing you need to do is register onto the forum. This can become your OOC account. Once you are logged into the site, you then logout (obviously).
When you next press the register button, you will again come to the Forum registration page:
Type in the same email address as you used the first time and you will come to a page asking for your password:
Now you will come to a page that once again shows your email address, asking you to type in a username. It will tell you there and then whether the name you want is available or not:
When you have all your accounts created and want to swap between them, look down the bottom right of your screen and you will see three little pictures:
When you click on the button that looks like two people:
It will take you to a page that shows all of your accounts:
And then click on which ever of your accounts you want to log in as
