Personality>> Due to her family, Kahlyn tends to keep her emotions inside herself. In fact, it is very rare to see her upset or sad at all. That doesn't mean that she is always this happy -go- lucky girl who always has a peppy smile on her face who runs around spreading cheer. In fact, it is the opposite. Especially now in a new place. She is just very good as swallowing her emotions and putting on a happy face. She bottles up her emotions which often causes her to have a huge mental break down when she is met with too much stress.
She is a very quiet person in general, unless she has good reason not to be. See, she is a very good listener, and is often god at giving advice. See, Kahlyn is the kind of person who cares more about other people than herself. She will do almost anything to help anyone. Fiercely loyal, she is a hard person to get to know, but once you break through her wall, she id a friend for life. More than anything, she cares very much for her horse. Being her only friend, she will often put his wellbeing in front of her own.

Appearance>> Kahlyn is the spitting image of her mother, or so she is told. Her deep brown hair flows in natural waves, making it the envy of many other girls around her. She has striking chestnut eyes surrounded by long black lashes, making her beauty very natural. She stands around 5'6 and has a very slim figure. Despite her social standing, Kahlyn is no stranger to hard work. Her calloused hands and toned muscles can attribute to that.
On a normal day Kahlyn will dress very simply, often settling for a simple pare of jeans and a shirt. It isn't very common to see Kahlyn with that much make-up on her face, as she feels the bare minimum will do.

Full History>> The first born of Rebecca and Robert Davis, Kahlyn was their dream come true. In fact, it was always Rebecca's wish to have a little girl. It was something she had always dreamed of, teaching the child how to dress, about boys...it was something that the young mother couldn't wait to do. But fate has a way of changing things, and one day, when Kahlyn was just past two years old, Rebecca died in a car accident. The accident wasn't her flat, but that didn't change anything.
Robert was devastated by the loss of his true love, but knew that he had someone depending on him. So, he took very good care of Kahlyn after that, raising her to grow into a wonderful girl. He even taught her how to ride horses, just like her mother wanted to do. And while a part of her always longed for a mother, Kahlyn was content with her loving father. Every day since the day she learned how to ride she and her father went on a trail ride. It was the part of the day Kahlyn looked forward to the most. But one day, when she was 9 years old, her father told her that their ride would have to be canceled for the day, and that they were having a special dinner with a special guest. So, while Kahlyn was going to miss her ride, she was super excited for their special dinner, and thoughts of the special guest danced in her head. When they finally sat down for dinner she was surprised to see a woman a bit younger than her father. She had long blonde hair and pretty green eyes. When her father introduced them he said that the ladies name was Victoria, and that she could expect to be seeing a lot of her around the house. At first Kahlyn was confused, but as a month or so went on with Victoria around quite often, she could guess what was going on. Soon her father started to cancel their rides more often than not. When her father gave her the news that he and Victoria were getting married Kahlyn couldn't help but be less than happy. It wasn't that she didn't like Victoria; it was more that she missed her father. She had come to terms with not having a mother a long time ago, and she wasn't sure how this thing was going to go.
After the marriage, things changed faster than young Kahlyn could handle. Their house got a major renovation, with only the finest things that people with a lot of money had. Now, the Davis family was old money, so it wasn't an issue, but it was more money than Kahlyn had ever seen her father spend before. And the house wasn't the only thing that changed. Her own father was dressing differently and acting differently, like a stranger she had never met before. And worst of all, Victoria was even changing Kahlyn. She bought her all new expensive clothes and everything. The only thing that Kahlyn could do to get away from this new life was head to the barn and be with her horses. Despite the wants of Victoria, her father refused to get rid of the barn. For that, Kahlyn was grateful, even if the barn also got a major renovation. That wasn't totally a bad thing, as that meant that Kahlyn also got a new horse. He was a young gelding she named Apollo, and he was the joy in her life. Kahlyn had always dreamed of being a master jumper like her mother was, and Apollo was just the horse to help her get there.
When Brookelyn was born, and Kahlyn was 12, things in her life started to change even more. Suddenly, everything was all about little Brooke and soon Kahlyn felt like she was an outsider in her own home. It wasn't that she didn't like Brookelyn; she was her sister and she loved her for that. It was more that Kahlyn was being pushed even more into the shadows. And one day 5 years after Brooke was born, Kahlyn had her out in the barn, allowing her to pet Apollo. In the few seconds Kahlyn was in the tack room getting his brushes Little Brookelyn had managed to get herself kicked in the belly. The child ended up in the hospitable with head trauma from falling down after the kick. While it was an accident and Brookelyn ended up being completely fine, Victoria was less than pleased. In fact, she threatened to throw her out of the house. To put his wife at ease, he made arrangements to send Kahlyn to school in Kentucky at Blue Ridge. He said it was just while Victoria calmed down and then she could come back, but Kahlyn knew a lie when she heard one. Victoria also wanted Apollo destroyed, and Kahlyn had to fight tooth and nail on that one. By saying that Apollo would go to boarding school with Kahlyn, her father saved his life.
So, she was forced to say her good buys to her friends as well as her little sister, who still loved her so much. Within a month Kahlyn was on her way to Kentucky, a new life waiting for her.
