Personality>> Alana would be described as any type of ordinary girl. She is kind and considerate to others, funny and energetic with a natural curiosity, but sarcastic and ambitious with her actions. Until you know her true self, maybe she's not so common after all. You just have to take chances with her as she takes changes with you. Although looks may be deceiving, she's the good kind of misguidance you want to discover.
She is down to earth with most of her personality. She's always kind when greeting others and considerate when in a conversation. She automatically has a placid and sweet first impression and is often helpful when it comes to her kindness. She likes to please people when her consideration comes in deep. She will often compliment others just to make them have a small smile, if it's something as simple as just being able to say how cute an outfit was. She's quite outgoing and often kills people with kindness as her way of tolerating with things.
Although seeming innocent, she is full of energy and character. Along with her ways of making people smile, she is funny to those in close relation to her. She has a natural curiosity for most everything which turns her into a quite adventurous one. She always likes to be up and going, mostly going shopping, but always has that burst of energy of trying new things. Although seeming like a self-disciplined girl, she can be fiesty when she wants, even it's just out of no where and ambitious with her actions. Appearance>> With brown hair and bright hazel eyes, she is quite a simple girl. The slim female weighs roughly 119 pounds and stands at a height of 5 foot 8 inches. She has thin lips and a kind of button nose distinguishing her face. When she smiles, it's a cute smile, which is one of her distinctive features, and her whole expression, especially her eyes seems to smile along, making her smiles one of the most genuine of smiles. The other feature she is known for is her natural wavy hair that frames her diamond shaped face. Her natural hair is a dark brown, but is a light chestnut brown in broad sunlight. Nothing is really stylized with her face, as she isn't much of a make up kind of person. If she did, it would always be a very subtle look. For her hair, it's often parted down the middle and she often just pins strands of her hair behind or put it all the way up.
Her style is quite simple like her main appearance. She has a classy, girly, yet edgy style, and likes to dress cutely, but still appropriately. She likes to combine everything, but still knowing what will work for her. She keeps to minimalistic items, but still has a trendy look to it. Although she often is a fan with Peter Pan collars and romantic blouses. All while making it always comfortable for her for what comes in store day by day. When it comes to riding, she likes the regular polo shirts and jodhpurs.

Full History>> Born in London, England, but raised in Portland, Oregon, Alana lives with a business man for a father and a waitress for a mother. She has one sibling, a little sister, and expectations are set high for her as she's presumed to go to university, get a good job and career, and use those standards to help out the family. Her father was quite strict and had a stiff philosophy, while her mother had a more engaging and placid philosophy. As you may have guessed, she had always sided with her mother more at a young age with the easygoing ways.
At the age of 13, her father and mother were caught in a heated fight which caused a deliberate divorce since it ended in almost having her father cause domestic violence towards her mother. Her father left her when she needed him most. She was one of those children who were bullied at a young age and teased for not having such a father influence. It has been going on for most of her last year of middle school, a long heartwrenching year. She always felt like it was her father's fault for not trying hard enough to compromise with her mother as he always had the impatience when even engaging in a conversation. Lana had that thinking of her biological father being selfish, always thinking about himself and his needs before even giving a second glance towards others who matter like his family. Though she may never know the truth as she and her sister were put in the possession of her mother after the divorce.
The years after, her mother got remarried twice. Both ending in heartbreak through an alcoholic influence and/or lies. When her mother married her second step-father, he would always abuse Lana and her sister under an alcoholic influence when her mother was at the restaurant. Her mother limited the amount of alcohol being consumed under her philosophy, but no one has to know when she isn't in the household for a certain part of the day. It would always be Lana being the one abused the most as she loved and protected her sister since she was truly the only sensible of the family and she feared she was just too young for all of this, being the little sister. She had to admit that he was good at hiding, and making herself hide it, for two years until the day her mother finally divorced him as well from finding stray shards of glass bottles left uncleaned on the carpet and bruises forming up Lana's arms.
So her mother was still left wihout a husband and her and her sister were still left without a father, even still to this day. After what she has gone through, she's not sure she even wants to trust any male influences anymore. She partly believes that it was her mother's fault for almost being as selfish as her biological father was when they divorced. It was to the point where she has mixed emotions about who to trust anymore besides her sister. She became independant to herself as she just helped care for her sister and let her mother cope with her own problems as she seemed too selfish of finding a partner to even think about her children, especially her younger sister.
She dealt with the hiatus of the real world through music, which she self taught herself piano and little bits of singing, sports like swimming, and horses. Her mother sent her to horse camps during breaks and she always felt like she wasn't judged when with these majestic creatures. When it comes to social situations, she had a better time coping through high school as she often killed people with kindness through the hate and treated people curtiously. Despite her harsh past, she always tried to provide compassion to others because she didn't want someone to go through anything she has gone through. She mostly did that just to have them return the favor just so she can have that feeling she always wish she has gotten as a child. Lana often threw herself into her schoolwork thinking that keeping her brain busy would also help. She is quite intellectual as she still decided to keep that goal of a good educated future reputation like her father's philosophy despite her still being wary of him.
The summer before she was sent to Blue Ridge, she spent her usual time off at the local horse camp. She found her deep liking in equestrianism and her mother seemed to notice it too. She sent her to Blue Ridge Riding Academy to pursue that hobby as well as continue her schooling there, knowing she has the brains and persistance to do both.
