The Personality
Personality: Karmen is a very willing mare. She's willing to work whenever and she's very sweet. She especially loves children. She comes up to you whenever she's in the pasture and will follow you around like a puppy dog if you have treats. Even if you don't have treats though she'll follow you around. Natalia can have Karmen in the pasture and go out without a halter and lead and Karmen will follow Natalia anywhere. She loves to go and is not for a beginner. Any leg pressure from a beginner and she'll be off. She does listen well and will try her hardest to please her rider.

The History
Basic History: Karmen was born at a farm in Moscow, Russia. Her dam and sire had very good blood lines. When she was 3 years old she was getting broke to ride and was completely broke at the age of 4. However when she was 4 years old her owner had to sell her farm and all the horses because she was leaving Moscow and couldn't take the horses with her. A few people came out to look at her but decided that she'd be to much for them.
Finally a young woman came out to the farm and tried the mare before buying her on site. Karmen went with the woman that day. At 5 years old the young woman began to show the mare in dressage. When the mare was 6 she was shown in show jumping and cross country. Karmen was 8 years old when she was put up for sale. Almost immediately after she was put up for sale a young girl and her mother came out to try the mare. The young girl immediately fell in love with her and she was sold once again.
After a few months Karmen was put on a plane to Kentucky. The pair went to a show or two in Kentucky before they were accepted in Blue Ridge. Now the pair is headed for Blue Ridge Riding Academy.
