Personality>> Lotti is possibly the stubbornest person you will ever meet ever. The only time she is a pushover is when it involves her pets, she can't refuse them anything, but people are a whole different deal entirely. Lotti enjoys making friends and talking to people but if people have a clashing opinion about something she's passionate about she will start an argument, or a "debate". She loves debating and gets into debates often because she has very strong opinions on animal cruelty, human rights and the environment. She comes across as very blunt and rude but despite that she actually does care a lot about other people.
Lotti is an animal enthusiast. There's nothing she loves more than the unconditional love of an animal companion, She has several of her own pets ad a lot of strays that she feeds and considers her own but doesn't have the papers for! She also fosters pets from the humane society while the society looks for their new homes. Lotti often considers herself to be younger at heart than she is. She's still the same party type she was when she was 21 and she still watches the same kids television she watched when she was 10.

Appearance>> Lotti stands at around 5'7 and weighs something near 110 lbs. She has thick caterpillar eyebrows and interestingly sharp almond shaped bluish eyes. Her hair is thick, wavy and a rich shade of brown. She has a cute button nose and a cheeky looking grin with even teeth. She has an endearingly cheeky expression and her funny smile and cute button nose play a big part in it. She is a little insecure about her nose and she puts herself down jokingly sometimes but she's usually pretty fine with her appearance and even pretty confident. She absolutely loves doing her hair up, especially curling it. She dresses in a sort of alternative style and likes to wear band t-shirts and singlets. She likes a pretty simple makeup look and rarely uses anything except a bit of foundation and eye makeup and maybe lip balm/gloss.
Markings>>A scar on her temple from a fall while riding, double ear piercings and a nose piercing [which she takes out for school and always for performance.] Has a tattoo on her shoulder of the Oscar Wilde quote "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." and another tattoo on her wrist reminding her to persist in her dreams "When the world says, "Give up," Hope whispers, "Try it one more time." [she covers up her tattoos while teaching. The wrist one is fairly small so she just wears long sleeves or bracelets.

Full History>>
Lotti was born in Bremen Germany to a single mother. She wasn't alone though, a brother, Wolfgang, shared her birthday and her father. She grew up in Germany until she was seven at which time her grandfather funded her and Wolfgang and her mother Elise moving to America. Their early school years had been relatively normal but going to America and having to fit in at an American school was difficult. They sort of fitted in and Lotti soon gathered a group of friends, and so did Wolfgang. Both defended each other if either got bullied and they both shared their lunch money with each other. Their mother bought a farm in Kentucky and bred German imported horses, which the two kids rode and showed. Their mother did some showing but was mostly interested in the breeding and maintenance of the horses and care of the stable. It was a huge place, funded by their grandfather who had made his name in breeding champion Hanoverians. The twins made a smooth transition into secondary school and then high school. In secondary school, when she was 16, Elise allowed each of them to choose a pet from the shelter. Elise adopted a doberman, Cassie, Wolfgang adopted a tabby siamese, Mozart, and Lotti adopted Biddie, her pit bull x, Rocky. The family also adopted a stray seal point ragdoll, Biddie Wolfgang was bullied somewhat in High School about his name and his social status and Lotti went so far as to get into a few physical fights with her brothers bullies. She still kept up appearances as a popular alternative girl but also became known as a tough opponent. No one dared bully Wolfgang after a while. Despite being a tough kid, high school was very rough for her. She became angry and resentful of her dad and at the same time confused. After high school Wolfgang went to University and studied English. He kept up riding but didn't want to do it in Uni like Lotti did. Lotti moved to Colorado in order to do Equine courses at their famous university. She left Biddie behind with her brother. She majored in equine sciences and graduated top of her class. She moved back to Kentucky, where her brother was now an English professor. She applied for a job at Blue Ridge, set up her apartment on campus, made some life adjustments and started teaching youngsters her favourite discipline, the art of dressage.
We found love in a hopeless place

Personality>> Rocky is an incredibly energetic and enthusiastic dog. He has a passionate love of humans, dogs, cats and basically everything. He's a little intimidated by horses but generally doesn't mind them once he gets used to them.
He play fights with other dogs and his expression is often very vicious looking but really that's just his play face. He is very defensive of his family and of any animal really. If he sees an animal being attacked or in distress he will bark until it's called to someones attention.
History>> Rocky too was used as a bait dog but his story was different. He was born into a dogfighting community and as soon as they realized he wasn't going to be a fighter they started baiting with him. This was when he was around 3 months old. He had a hardy physique and survived moderate fights. When he was around 1 he was used as bait for a champion dog who ripped his hind leg to shreds. He was found limping around the streets of Louisville by the HSUS. They had no trifles adopting him out to their number 1 foster. Lotti paid for the surgery that saved half of his leg, the rest was amputated. The vets fitted him with a simple brace which he has to wear if he wants to run or walk a lot, otherwise he makes his way quite easily.
