Full History>> Liesl was born in Salzburg, Austria on the 28th of March, 2000. Her parents were Maria and Fredrick Reinstadler. Liesl would be the oldest of three children. When she was two she had a younger brother named Niklas and one year later she had a younger sister named Elisa. Her mother was a linguist while her father was a physicist. They had no trouble with money and were quite wealthy. Living in Salzburg they owned a nice house which was an hour's walk to the city. They lived on 70 acres of land because of the Lipizzaner's her mother owned and bred. Quite a few had been sold to the Vienna Riding School.
Liesl always did well at school even though math was her weakest subject. She knew that math was her weakest subject so she spent double or triple the amount of time on her math then she would on any other subject. Liesl grew up speaking German as well as Austrian German, Slovene and writing Old Church Slavonic as did her brother and sister. Often they would write in Old Church Slavonic leaving her father to wonder what they had written.
Liesl grew up riding. She often rode her mother's horses not yet having a horse to call her own though she wished and hoped for one soon. Her grades stayed steady at excellent marks which played a factor in her getting a horse. She always helped her mother take care of their horses even though she didn't have a horse yet that was hers. At 13 her mother finally decided to give her a Lipizzaner mare named Edelweiss. Edelweiss had been born at the farm and Leisl had cared for the mare since birth so the two already had a strong connection.
Leisl entered shows and won quite a few firsts in show jumping and cross country and had gotten very high scores in dressage. At 14 her life would change. She had been looking up equestrian shows and a website called Blue Ridge Riding Academy had popped up. Curious she had clicked on the link and told her parents about the equine school. Her parents let her send in an application for the coming school year and she had gotten a response back from the elite academy that she had been accepted.
Her parents paid for her flight and Edelweiss would be coming with her. She would live with her aunt Luisa who lived in Pennsylvania during break when there wasn't enough time for her to fly home to see her family. Now she is fresh off the plane in Kentucky and headed to Blue Ridge Riding Academy. We found love in a hopeless place
