Anyone know what breed?

So these two pictures are my cousin's horse, any idea of what the breed is aside from it just being a paint.

He has one blue eye and one brown eye.. if that helps any.

Sorry about the poor quality.. he was on the other side of the field from me. I'll try to get better pictures of him next time I take my camera for a walk to see him or happen to have my camera (phone or real camera) with me when driving past the field and he is near the fence (if I can get whoever is driving to stop).

He looks like a typical Paint to me... I can't see anything else in there besides Paint, or Pinto, if he's not reg. Paint...

He is quite stocky, so he could have some Quarter Horse blood in him. I also see a lot of mustang to him. The smaller, defined ears, the stocky head, though, like I said, it could also be Quarter Horse.
