Personality>> Alma's personality can easily be described as the color red. She's passionate, determined, and has a temper that's as unpredictable as a wildfire. Her temper is followed by a sharp tongue. It's never been in her nature to sugar coat things that should or need to be said. Accompanying her sharp tongue is her clever mind. When it comes to snarky remarks and mind games, she's almost always one step ahead. However, she has encountered a few people with minds sharper than hers.
Alma keeps her personal and professional life very separate. She won't speak about personal matters to those involved in her professional life, and vice versa. This can make her come off as secretive and in many ways, she is. In her professional life, she is easy to apprach and easy to hold conversations with. This is merely her professional attitude. In public - or in reference to her personal life at all - she's very different. Usually seen with her nose buried in a book, she seems almost unapproachable. People who repeated gaze her direction are usually met with a cold glare and she is passive about coversation. If she encounters someone she knows from her professional life, she'll put on her professional mask and speak of nothing about herself.
Beyond her seemingly cold exterior is a really friendly young woman. It's just getting past her shell that's the hard part. Though her expressions may not show it, she is also a rather happy person. She finds her life to be rather comfortable and enjoys her day-to-day routine.
Alma enjoys sitting in the sun and interacting with nature. When she visits parks, she typically sits far from other people so as to watch the critters go about their day or just to enjoy the fresh air.

It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
Appearance>> Alma is a pretty girl. With blonde hair and bright blue eyes, she gets a decent amount of unwanted attention. She has an overall petite frame and stands at an average 5'4" thanks to her long legs. Her skin is pale, which makes for a nice angelic appeal when her big eyes are taken into account.
Her hair falls naturally straight and even brings forth it's own highlights. She typically wears her hair down since it's a bit rough to get it all up. Reaching almost to the bottom of her ribcage, the best she can hope for as far as pulling it up is to braid it over her shoulder. Every now and again, she may dye her hair a dark warm brown.
She doesn't typically wear makeup, but when she does, she skips the powders and creams and instead goes straight for the eyeliner, mascara, and sometimes lipstick. Even then, she still tends to keep it light.
Alma's style ranges from completely casual to all dolled up. While you'll most commonly see her in a plain shirt, pair of jeans, and vans, she will sometimes throw on a dress or skirt with a pair of nice flats.

Full History>> Alma was born in Berlin, Germany to Ivonne and Nikolai Krüger, where she was raised as an only child. Her father was a lawyer and her mother worked hard training and selling horses. At a young age, Alma was taught to read, write, count, and ride. Her mother had always wanted a riding companion, but her father saw horse riding for leisure as a silly hobby.
Her father wanted her to go to America and study politics or follow in his footsteps and become a lawyer, but Alma was too much like her mother. Determined and spunky, she was soon spending most of her time with the horses instead of studying.
On her 13th birthday, she and her mother decided to go for a ride to celebrate her coming into the teenage years, but it was a ride that ended in disaster. When Alma's horse spooked at a bird sprouting into the sky from the ground, he reared, toppling over on Alma and breaking her collar bone. After recovering, her father sent her to a private school. Very selective about the schooling, he made sure they offered no equine activities, as he refused to allow her to ride again.
In private school, she was taught the English language and made friends easily. With no horses around, her grades seemed to begin to reflect her intelligence. However, her grades began to drop again once she found friends who lived nearby and owned horses. It didn't take long for her father to catch on, and her removed her from the school, and place her back in a public school where he specifically requested she have someone to speak English with.
One year later, she graduated, and her father threw her on a one way trip to New York where she was to attend college and decide on a degree. After almost a year in college, she finally decided to get a degree in teaching. She finished college two months before her 23rd birthday and simply enjoyed the time off before being hired to teach German at Blue Ridge.

Personality>> Ellifell is a very friendly and social cat. She adores anyone who so much as brushes against her and it isn't uncommon to hear her meowing for attention. She tends to curl up in someone's lap for her daily naps, but if no one's around, a window sill does just fine. Insanely curious and playful, Elli can entertain herself for hours on end, but always comes back to get some attention. Ellifell doesn't play nicely with other animals, however, and Alma usually cautions others about bring their own pets over.
History>> Ellifell was born a stray cat with no mother. Soon after giving birth, her mother wandered off. Whether she abandoned her six kittens or had even always been a stray, no one knows. However, it didn't seem natural that a purbred Japanese Bob Tail with purbred kittens had always been a stray. Assuming the mother had likely been killed, a local happened upon the litter and kindly took them in before donating them to a local rescue. Elli was just over 4 months old when she was found and adopted by Alma.
