Personality>> David is sweet and respectful, but watch out for his competitive side, because it has laws. David is not the same person in a competition. He is fierce and will find himself often quite rude, especially if he's losing. After the competition, David is back to his usual self. Polite and very easy to talk to. He will help anyone who needs it and rarely backs down from a challenge. He is brave and courageous, and not afraid to stand up for what he believes in. He will fight for what he believes is right and he is very strong-willed. He isn't shy, and will happily introduce himself to anyone he meets with his strong Australian accent. Something to be wary of, is he hates people who judge based on stereotypes. If someone approaches him and mentions an Australian stereotype, or any stereotype, they better be prepared for a very loud argument. David is kind, competitive and bold. He would make a good friend for anyone.

Secrets>> David once, when he was 8, let all of his father's cattle out of the corral so that they wouldn't be killed. His family almost lost everything and they still don't know that David did it.
Appearance>> David looks like your typical Australian. He has slightly shaggy brown hair that can be neat when he wants it to be, light tan skin and blue eyes. His face has permenant dirt stains on it from riding in the outback so often, and his face has plenty of smile and laughter lines. David is usually wearing a flannel shirt and jeans, although he can sometimes be found wearing shorts and a t-shirt. When riding English, David will wear a polo shirt and jodhpurs, although it certainly isn't his favourite thing to wear. He is almost always wearing his cowboy, though not while inside and not while riding in competitions or riding at the academy. David has an overall neat appearance that he doesn't care too much about.
Markings>> He has a few scars here and there from fencing at the occasional angry cow, nothing major.
Medical History>> Common colds, the flu, and a broken ankle at age 14 from a cattle incident that is never spoken of. He is also allergic to cats.
Criminal History>> Nope. David stays away from the police as much as possible
Full History>> David was born in Sydney, Australia and was taken to his family's outback station as soon as his mother was discharged from the hospital. He lived on the station for his entire life, only leaving to go to school and riding competitions.
He learned to ride in a stock saddle when he was 4. Once he was confident enough to ride out, his father took him to help muster the cattle. David had the time of his life, and learned to love the all day mustering trips. At age 8, David discovered that all the cattle from the station are sold for meat. David didn't like this, and one night he released an entire herd of cattle. If they hadn't been found, his family would have lost a whole year's worth of income. David was never discovered.
When David was 10, he watched the 2008 Olympics, and became fascinated with English riding. His parents bought him an English saddle and he learned the style on his work horse, which did know English but not very well, David mainly used the horse to get used to the saddle. For his 13th birthday, David's parents bought him a Dutch Warmblood mare that was trained in English. David rode the horse whenever he wasn't working and loved to compete. He went to competitions every weekend that he wasn't studying or working and competed in 3-day events. His favourite day was cross country, as both he and his horse were wonderful at it. David also worked with his father to train the mare under a stock saddle, so she could also work on the station. David rarely used the mare for work, however, as he didn't want her to get injured.
At age 14, David had the magnificent idea that it would be fun to ride a cow. So he climbed onto a fence and waited for a cow to wander past. He jumped on the animals back and scared the living day lights out of the poor thing. The cow bucked and David ended up on the ground with a broken ankle. It was never spoken of again.
When David was 16, his parents discovered Blue Ridge Riding Academy. They looked into the school and decided it would be perfect for David. After talked as a family for a while, it was decided that David and his mare would travel to America, and complete Junior and Senior year at the school. The only issue with this would be the flight.
