She can often give off the vibe that she doesn't care about anyone or anything but that's just the way she appears to people who don't know her. Appearance>> Lauren Collins is one of the most normal people you would ever see. She used to have chestnut/auburn hair and is a normal weight for her age of 17. She is relatively tall for a young woman standing at five feet and seven inches. Lauren could blend it anywhere, and if not for her eyes and clothing choice, people likely wouldn't notice her at all. Lauren has grey eyes and used to wear normal clothes; jeans and a nice blouse, but now, she has since stopped wearing her normal clothing and has, instead, been wearing black clothes giving her the appearance of a rebel. Her auburn hair was dyed to a sapphire black and she started wearing a lot of makeup after she moved in with her foster parents.

Full History>> Lauren Collins was born in New York, the daughter of two people who were con artists, and she was determined not to end up like them. Lauren learned quickly who her parents really were, but before she could confront them, they moved to Europe. Lauren has been all over the world, until one day, they were back in her home city where her mother was hit by a car when she was walking home from the grocery store. Her mother was pronounced dead on arrival, and Lauren was only 11 when her mother had died.
They moved again, once more Lauren was uprooted from her school, this time to Turkey, but they didn't stay long before they moved again. When she was 16, her father was caught after pulling a con in Boston, Massachusetts. He was sent to prison, and Lauren was alone.
Her parents had no other family, so she was put in the system and went to quite a few homes and foster families in New York. Lauren was sent to a wealthy foster family in New York at the end of March. They were quite wealthy and couldn't have kids of their own, so they decided to foster a child. Lauren hated it, especially the fact that she'd be stuck there until she was an adult, and that was when her rebellious attitude came about. Lauren didn't like how they thought that money could solve everything, by sending her to a very prestigious private school and more. Her foster parents were both surgeons, and her foster mother had high connections. Her foster parents learned about her love of horses and art, and began taking her to art museums and even bought her a horse, but it didn't help her attitude. Finally, her foster parents were at their wits end and sent her to Blue Ridge Riding Academy in hopes that it would change her attitude from that of a rebellious teenager to the teenager that she used to be.

Personality>> Tory loves attention. She can be very shy around strangers, but she absolutely loves Lauren. Tory can be very friendly, but she doesn't like other cats that much. She usually jumps up and hits Lauren's hand with her head when Lauren comes home. Tory loves to snuggle, but is very particular about who she snuggles with and who she lets touch her/where they are allowed to pet her. Tory also prefers for her food to be in one spot, not spread out all over the place.
History>> Tory was a street cat. She was left to fend for herself at a young age, and roamed the streets for months. One day, Lauren saw the pretty tortoiseshell cat roaming around her house and gave her some food and water. Tory soon became a part of the family after Lauren convinced her father to let her keep the cat. Lauren took the cat everywhere they went, and even to her foster parents house, and now, to Blue Ridge.
