Titus walked through the doors into what she thought was the main office. She didn't technically know where she was going. But she hoped that this was the right place. If it wasn't, she'd ask for directions. She walked around inspecting the room. She liked the color of the walls and the pattern on them. She loved art generally. She loved the texture in it and the way each artist used the brush differently. She sat down on a chair and waited for the desk manager or someone to come in. She got her sketch pad and started to continue on her sketch of Zero. She had started it this morning but never got to finish. She was so excited this morning to hardly do anything. Julia had taken her and Zero to BRRA. Her mom didn't want to drive and plus, she didn't have a trailer and truck. She had a blue van. Titus would have rather had a truck but her mom fought against her as usual. Though she was happy to be here. She would have school around horses and that was that. She was going to be happy, with new friends, Zero, and other horses. Zero would have new friends too.

Jennifer looked up as she saw Betsy standing at the door to her office. She smiled at the portly receptionist, listening as the woman told her that it was her scheduled lunch time right then, but that a student should be arriving soon. She could see that the woman was indecisive about the dilemna, and while she had been at the school long enough to know that Betsy would stay until the girl arrived, she didn't want to cut the woman off from her well-deserved break, "Don't worry about it, I'll go head out there for you." She smiled at the woman, "Go and get your lunch."
Waving away the woman's words, knowing that they were only formalities, Jen saved what she had been working on on her laptop and lock screened it, leaving a dark screen where there had been work only a few minutes ago, before she rose. As Betsy bustled off, Jennifer grabbed a folder of papers that she still needed to look over. As Jasper looked up, Jennifer nodded, "Come." The large dog scrambled to his feet, following Jennifer out of her office.
As she approached the front of the office, the woman raised an eyebrow as she saw a girl sketching. Taking a deep breath, she walked behind the desk and sat down before speaking up, "Can I help you, dear?" She heard a sigh beside her as Jazz settled down at her side. With a wiggle of the mouse, and a click, she had the school's program up, ready for the girl to tell her her name.
OOC;: Hey Titus, please, just as a note, break up your text into smaller paragraphs (It makes your posts look longer, and makes them easier to read as well). Thank you so much!

Titus jumped at the sound of the desk manager. She was so transfixed on finishing her sketch. She smiled, sketching could always make her drift off. Titus put her notebook away and stood up. "Yes, is this the main desk?" She asked. "I came in here but no one was here so I decided to wait." Titus told the lady.
Titus honestly didn't know what to say so she just said what she wanted to know. She wasn't nervous at all, she was just excited. Her fingers twitched in excitement. She couldn't believe this was happening at all. Her mother didn't like horses, her mother made them move because she loved horses so much. She wouldn't let them be, she loved them so much. She was glad Julia let her bring Zero too. She had gotten used to the horse and wasn't ready to use another horse. She loved Zero and always would, whether the horse pulled his old tricks or not. Titus wouldn't give up on the Appaloosa.
She padded up to the desk. It had to be the main office. The lady had a computer and was checking something, Titus didn't know what though. She was ninety-nine percent sure that this was the main desk. If not, well she had an excuse, she was blonde and did sometimes have her blonde moments. She might have seen a sign outside too. But sometimes she just had an imagination. She was so excited! She was still excited!

Jennifer smiled, "Yes it is." As the girl explained why she was waiting, Jennifer nodded, "Betsy, one of the two secretaries on campus, was scheduled to go on lunch break, so you're stuck with me now." She looked over the girl, "Would you be Owl Mayn?" Betsy had given her the name of the student that was scheduled to arrive, but Jennifer wasn't quite sure about the entire checking-in process yet. Oh, she had a basic knowledge of everything, as she had asked to be given a crash course for just this occurrence, but still, it wasn't something she had gotten as comfortable with, unlike, say, Schooldude or the school's filing and grading systems.
After she had received the girl's confirmation about her identity, Jennifer typed in the girl's name, hit return, and looked at what came up on the screen. At the note about the girl's preferred name, she raised an eyebrow, but changed her mode of address, "So, Titus, you will be rooming in the White Ribbon House, room D-oh-three (D03). You don't currently have a roommate, but you may be getting one sooner or later. If you have any questions about your house, you may ask Mr. Gibbson, who is your Head of House, or any of the other students in your house." She scrolled down some more, "Your mount, Sub Zero, will be staying in the Red Willow Barn." She looked over the rest of the files, "Other than that, feel free to come back here to ask questions, or just ask anyone on campus." She picked up the map, with the barn and house highlighted, and the girl's room key, which Betsy had prepared, "Is there anything else I can help you with?"
OOC;: Now we just need your schedule and claims, and you're all set to go RP. :- ) You can PM them to Cara or myself.

Titus smiled. She was finally going to be in a horse boarding school! "Thanks." She told the lady. She was so excited! Although she didn't have a roommate everything was going fine. Maybe it was better to not have a roommate at first. She could used to things first and then like the lady said, she might get one soon. She was surprised that the lady had known her preferred name, no one ever did. "No thank you." She told the lady. Titus thought that she had it. She was set to go, all she had to do was put Zero and his luggage in his barn and get all of her luggage in her new dorm.
She wondered what the dorm looked like. Maybe it needed to be a bit better to her taste. If it did, she would get that tonight. She was so excited to be hear. She thought her mom would never fess up or allow her to go to the boarding school. And with a horse! She must have been in a good mood to let her go. She couldn't wait to get started! She wondered what her classes would be, or new friends. It was all so exciting!
