Date of Birth>> 04/04/2002
Staff or Student>> Student

Gender>> Female

Face Claim>> Emma Watson
Personality>> Erika is generally a shy person. She's not afraid to speak her mind about horses though, which is generally what she talks the most about. Erika rarely makes friends, focusing on her schoolwork and riding instead of talking with classmates. This gives her classmates the impression that she's weird, that she's too good to bother talking to any of them. Erika is brave, probably not a good thing considering the amount of stunts she's pulled, especially that risk she took riding one of her father's horses. She's not afraid to try anything, even if it's stupid, dangerous, and could possibly kill her. She's an adrenaline junkie, she loves racing and she loves jumping, just not as much as racing. Erika loves reading dystopian novels or watching a movie. She's rarely someone who goes outside her comfort foods in terms of foods. Erika, despite her giving most of her time to riding, loves hanging out with the foreign exchange students at her school....she loves learning about different cultures and picking up on other languages, never mind the fact that she's a Latin and Greek nerd.

Latin
Learning about other cultures
Watching tv
Dystopian/utopian books/tv shows/movies

Kentucky
Her father's farm
Dislikes>> Traveling between New York and Kentucky every summer and during breaks

People thinking that racing ought to be banned
Scary movies.....she's fine with 'The Purge' and other movies like it
Poetry....she hates analyzing poetry
Fears>> Not being a jockey
Not being a good trainer
Hopes>> To be a jockey
To make friends
Secrets>> She once snuck out of her bedroom and hopped on one of her father's very expensive thoroughbred without any tack or riding equipment and went on a quick gallop before her father started allowing her to work with his racing horses
Appearance>> Erika is 5'1 and slim. Her body often gives people the idea that she doesn't eat, because of how slim she looks. Of course, her being 5'1 also doesn't help. She does have long legs for her size, but it still doesn't make people think that she is older than 13 or 14. Erika has pierced ears which she only wears posts in usually so her hair doesn't get caught and rip her ear lobe. Erika has a large bust for her size, a 32 C, but she also has no butt. That does however mean that she can get away with wearing leggings and a regular shirt instead of like other girls where they have to wear something that covers to their thigh. Erika is much more comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt than a dress, but she does love dressing up in fancy dresses when she has the option to such as going out to a fancy restaurant. Erika also doesn't seem to care about her appearance with no make-up, she just throws clothes on in the morning and goes to school without a second glance in the mirror.
Markings>> One earring in each ear
Medical History>> No major injuries....was premature at birth
Full History>> Erika Anneliese Eaton was born two months early. Her parents were worried out of their minds, hradly ever leaving the hospital. Soon enough, though, baby girl Eaton was taken home to her parents' farm in Kentucky. They owned a thoroughbred farm, which later on in Erika's life, she'd grow to love as much as they did. Erika was an only child; her parents didn't want to try again and risk another premature birth, or a miscarriage. When Erika was four years old, her parents decided to adopt another child, wanting to have another kid in the family. Her parents had Erika stay with the veterinarian and her family whilst they went to Lithuania. Then, when they got back, everything Erika knew had changed. She had a little sister now, who was two years younger than Erika. Her parents explained it to her, and all Erika knew was that she was a big sister now. Later, as she grew up, the two girls got along well. As Erika got older, she started riding, starting off on one of the smaller retired Thoroughbreds. As she got better at riding, she started riding the more advanced horses. At twelve, she decided that she wanted to ride an actual race horse, so she snuck out of bed at night and went down to the stables where she rode one of her father's stallions in the pasture. She took him for a gallop, and loved the feeling of it. That was when she decided that she wanted to be a jockey. Her parents and sister never found out about it. A few days later, though, her parents decided to put her on one of the younger mares to start training under their supervison. Eventually, she was trusted enough to start training horses by herself, without needing her parents' expertise though she still sought it out if she was working with a younger horse. Later that year, her parents dropped a huge bomb on her. They were getting a divorce, and her mother was moving to New York to get a job as a trainer there. Once the divorce was settled, it was decided that Erika and Liucija would be living in New York with their mother during the school year, and living with their father during the summer and alternating school breaks. Erika started at a new school, having to get used to a new everything. She took jumping lessons at a stable, due to the fact that it was the closest to racing she could get. As a year past, Erika decided she wanted to try her hand at dressage and cross country as well. She found that she liked them both well enough, but still, loved racing. She loved the adrenaline rush. She went back to Kentucky for the summer, where she started riding Thoroughbreds again. She returned to New York once summer was over. On winter break, Erika not wanting to return to New York in the fall and for the last few months of this year, talked to her parents about attending school in Kentucky. Her mom only agreed if she went to a boarding school and she got the holidays and such....Erika would be living with her dad on the farm for the weekends. Erika was upset because she didn't realize there was a boarding school in Kentucky, until her father started asking around. In January, she applied to Blue Ridge Riding Academy. Her father had a stallion that could be gelded that Erika could take with her if she wanted. He didn't throw good racers, nor did he do as well as some of her father's other horses at racing. Erika would have to work with him and train him for show jumping. Erika was accepted to the academy at the end of March. She would transfer to Blue Ridge Riding Academy to finish out the school year.
