McKayla walked across campus while reading a text book to catch up on her school work. She soon stopped at a random location and sighed. "OK, this is just getting dumb..." She commented on how she was reading and walking at the same time without even knowing where she is. Rolling her eyes at her clumsy self, she noticed how she was on the path to the Recreation Room. 'Of course, how stupid could I be?' she reminded herself as the Rec room was the perfect place to relax and study a bit before she needs to go and visit Tucker.
Closing the book in her hand, she fast walked over to the destination, apparently eager to get there. Once she arrived, she peeked in the entrance, trying to spot any living thing already occupying the area. Luckily, there was nothing (or no one) here. She had the room to herself to take a breather from her busy schedule. She walked in to the lounge and over to the couch that faced the plamsa screen T.V. She remembered the first time she stumbled upon this student luxury. It was the time she first arrived to Blue Ridge, and it was pretty hectic back then to catch up with that semester. Although, not much has changed.
She also remembered that day when she made her first friend since she has arrived at BRRA, and the first to just let her be herself. She would never forget that moment, especially since she has been recently hanging out with her whenever she gets the chance. Giving a grin towards that moment, she snapped herself back into reality and started to go back to why she really came here. To have at least fifteen minutes of studying before she can take a short breather. Letting out a breathe of exhaustion, she placed the bag she brought along with her neccessitie next to her on the couch before opening the text book to her spot and continued reading through the words and information.
