Jacob walked in to the Yellow Ribbon housing, and happened to pass by the common room. Stopping in his tracks, he decided to take a glance to see if anyone was occupying the room. Luckily, no one, he slipped in and started to look around at 'hang out heaven.' With its plasma TV, DVD player, and games centre galore, it was like living in the perfect room. He grinned at all the amazing things as he gave a thought. 'Maybe just hanging out in here a few minutes wouldn't hurt...' besides, he had the rest of the day all to himself, before he needs to head to the barns.
He sat at the couch at the plamsa TV and grabbed the remote. Glancing at the different buttons on the little controller, he pressed the button to turn on the wide screen in front of him. Watching all the motion pictures go by, he took a little channel surfing through all the availible channels. He stopped once in a while to take a look at some sports channels, looking for any teams he knew about, before going on to a different one. While searching through interesting channels, he wondered the last time he was this relaxed and happy with a lonely room. Frankly, he can't remember if he ever been this chilled and relax.
After a while, he decided to just stop at a random channel, Discovery Channel. Letting out a sigh and a shrug. 'Yeah, sure, Discovery Channel... why not?' He thought to himself as he never really had anything to do anyways. So he just gave it a whirl. While his eyes were glued to the TV, he didn't notice the people walking by the common room who lived in the same housing he does.
