Full History>> Luke was born to two doctors in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. His mother was a paediatrician and his father a cardiologist, both working for the same major hospital. Both being busy working professionals, it meant that they weren't always around as much as they would have liked while Luke was growing up, but they saw enough of each other than no one ever felt lonely, and as Luke grew older, the family still maintained a close and loving relationship- up to the time he turned eleven. It was revealed through a string of coincidences that his father had been seeing a nurse behind his mother's back for the past five years, and the whole family unit fell apart to leave a chaotic mess. Lawyers and months of court hearings were involved, and finally, Luke's mother was awarded custody of him, along with a substantial amount of money. Since Luke had always wanted to learn to ride, she invested some of this money in a horse and a series of riding lessons. Before long, he was so enthused by the activity that she was convinced to send him to Blue Ridge to further his abilities, as he had asked her to do for so long.
