Secrets>> Chris’s biggest secret is that he is actually super afraid of jumps any bigger than two feet.
Appearance>> Chris isn’t as tall as some of the boy’s his age. He has wild, fiery red hair. His eyes are somewhat hazel, but also somewhat green. His face is round until you reach his chin that is square set. He has round ears set on the middle part of his head. He has widely set shoulders that blend into the rest of his look. He has a bizarre love for polos. He owns one in pretty much every color. He often wears his riding pants everywhere, even to class. He always has on short boots. He doesn’t like to have to rush to change as at home, he would have had several horses to work.
Markings>> He has enough scars. They are from falling off horses, the ones on his arms are the worst followed by the one on his leg. He has an over 4 inches scar up his left leg. His right arm has one all the way around his wrist from nasty fall fox hunting. Many the others are from driving wrecks.
Medical History>>
His major stuff includes a broken, right wrist from his fox hunting mishap and a broken left leg that left a four-inch-long scar. A few minor sets of snitches and a few minor head traumas.
Full History>> If the English born Christen Whitecastle had a nickel for every time, he has told his story, he would be incredibility rich. The story starts in a little town outside London England, at a horse show where his father James Whitecastle met his mother Elizabeth Thomas. They were both there showing their horses. Just nine short months later a boy was born in London. They named their new son Christen Anderson Whitecastle but mostly they just called him Chris. A month after that in a sweet and simple ceremony James and Elizabeth were married. They moved to a small stable they called Whitecastle Stables. There they started to gain a name for themselves in breeding fox hunters, and eventers they also dabbled in driving horses. By the time Chris could walk they had him in the saddle. He rode lead line and even showed in it.
When Chris was 8, he got his first eventer. A mare named Whitecastle Garden Of Eden. This home-bred mare and him became a force to watch out for in the show ring. When he wasn’t working Eden, or showing her he was helping out with the other horses. Eden was injured in a fall out fox-hunting, the same one he now bares scars from. Chris was forced to retire his mare to act as a broodmare.
When he was 12, his dad loaned him some money to buy a project from a local sale. He came home with a pair of ponies, Sugar and Spice. The night he first hitched them they bolted. His left leg got badly broken in the pile up.
After about 8 months of rehab, Chris couldn’t wait to return to the saddle. He got right back to work. He had a string of mounts to ride so that's where he started. Chris rode as much as he could. He also backed his ponies and got them driving at long last. When his parents offended to send him to Blue Ridge, he, of course, said yes.

History>>
Sam’s story is kind of funny really. Chris had always had a cat growing up. Last year however, his cat vanished a big fluffy smoke point named Smoke. A friend from the US heard about his cat and set about replacing the Main Coon mix. With some help from Chris's parents the cat made his way to England. Chris and the cat have been together ever since.
