The History
Basic History: Ashley adopted Belle about four months ago from the Camelot Horse Auction. If she wasn't adopted, she would have been sent to slaughter. When Ashley saw her on the website, she could see a spark in her eyes that would not leave her head. She had to adopt this horse because she had such great potential. Unfortunately she was at least 200 pounds underweight, and scared of people. Her old owners had abused her, called her worthless, and dropped her off at auction. Ashley has been working on getting her to trust again, and now she loves people, but still remains cautious around males. Belle is not yet started under saddle, but she is working on groundwork, and developing her relationship with her owner. Ashley plans to start saddle training soon.
