Personality>> Jayse can be described by some to be a bit of a rogue. He's extremely patient and consistent, but there is a devilish air about him. He's been one to toe the line on social and cultural norms and has very much embraced a more organic approach to life and all that it has to offer. He's quick to laugh and make others do the same. Jovial is a good way to describe him, but at the same time, he can have a fierce determination and an edge to him. Within the confines of competitions and games, he has a ruthless drive to push for excellence and to win, but once all of the hard work is done he will be the first to kick his heels back, relax and have a good time. It is in his nature to see the best in people and to draw that out of them, all while having some fun of his own along the way.

Secrets>> This is his first teaching job. He laid down a mean interview and used a lot of his personal experience to get the job, but he really doesn't want that to be public knowledge. There's a lot of stigmas that suddenly can get latched onto you because he isn't as 'experienced' when it comes to teaching. He doesn't want his students to think they can use that to get away with things, making his job harder and he doesn't particularly care for his peers to know and try to tell him how to do his job or critique him all the time.
Appearance>> A.J. stands at about six feet and two inches, a rather tall man, but he keeps himself very toned and in shape, which is necessary for him and his line of work. It takes a lot to keep up with horses and kids too and that means maintaining a peak physical form. He maintains his hair to extraordinary measures. He has long, shoulder length hair and is known for wearing it down on the weekends and in a man bun when working. During a competition, you'd never know the brown crown of glory he has under there, but it is indeed a sight to behold. His eyes are a warm brown and have been called expressive and inviting. He has strong beard game to match his impressive man bun too. All in all, he is a delicious specimen of a truly masculine man.
Markings>> A.J. does sport some tattoos. He has a floral abstract tattoo on his right shoulder and half-way down his arm. There is another tattoo on his chest, a tribal abstract and an Indian sun on the outside of his left shoulder.
Medical History>> No illnesses, but has broken a few ribs from a couple bad falls when learning how to ride while growing up.
Full History>> A.J. was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. His mother was actually British, but she married into the Beckham family in Melbourne and this is where A.J. has spent most of his life growing up. His father was some financial guru and made his fortune in investments, but spent very little time with him and his siblings. Being the eldest of three, A.J. felt an enormous responsibility to help care for his family, especially with his father's near constant absence. He would watch his mother grow sad and he made it his mission to find a reason than for her and his siblings to smile. This meant that he often looked the part of a fool at the moment, but it was worth seeing his family's sadness lifted.
The only truly selfish thing that he ever had was his riding. He was good at it and it seemed to be the one hobby his father actually approved off - the bikes and the women didn't settle with the posh reputation and image his father was trying to present. Deep down though, he knew that if he wanted to truly start achieving his dream and ambitions of becoming a competitive stable owner, coach, and competitor himself, that he needed to remove himself from his father's toxic grip. His siblings are now old enough to hold their own against their father and his only regret is leaving his mother, but he would have been a fool to turn down the teaching job they had offered to him, after applying, form Blue Ridge Riding Academy and so here he is. He has no regrets about the decision he's made and if anything, is extremely excited about this next chapter in his life. He's got a lot to figure out and sort, but he couldn't be more thrilled about the new possibilities that are now unfolding out before him. It is regrettable that his lovely tatts will be covered while teaching, but it's a small price to pay to start living out his dream.
