If it were possible for a person to spontaneously combust, Andie was pretty sure, that with all the excited energy running through her, she'd be a pile of ash about now.
However, to focus that energy effectively, she helped prepare the night club for the annual karaoke night. She directed the decorators, adjusting how things were sitting until she was happy, and then she helped the caters get everything set up on the table. She knew that she probably, always, went a little all-out for the night, but it was a once a year thing, and what better way to show the new students that BRRA knew how to party?
When everything was ready, and she'd had a chance to change her clothes and put on her makeup, Andie walked to the door where she could greet the people as they entered, encouraging people to put their names up for karaoke, as well as directing them toward the food and drinks.
When it was time to kick things off, Andie bounced onto the stage and grabbed one of the microphones. "Thank you all for coming. Let's get this party started! For those of you who know me, I commned you for returning for another year. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Andie Simone, I coach the cheer squad." She pointed to the sign-up area. "If you haven't already, please come and put your name down to sing, this isn't Amercian Idol, so you don't need to worry about being voted off. She grinned as she looked around.
Just to kick things off, I'm going to go first, and then the stage will be open to whoever picks up the mic." She gave the computer technician a bright smile. She tapped her foot in time with the intro music, a smile playing on her lips as she watched the screen where the lyrics would highlight as she needed to sing.
She bowed as she finished and looked around the room as she returned the mic mic to its stand, leaving the stage open for the next person. Sure, she could grab one of the names of the people who had already signed up, but that would take all the fun out of the night.

Are you listenin'?
Hear me talk, hear me sing
Open up the door, easy less, easy more
Tell me to beware, are you here, are you there?
Is there something I should know? Easy come, easy go
Noddin your head, don't hear a word I say
I can't communicate, when you wait, don't relate
I try to talk to you but you never even knew
So.what's it gonna be? Tell me can you hear me?
(hear me? can you hear?)
I'm so sick of it, your attention deficit
Never listen, never listen
I'm so sick of it, so I'll throw another fit
Never listen, never listen
I scream your name! It always stays the same
I scream and shout! So what I'm gonna do?
Now is freak the freak out!"
The song so matched her personality, and she enjoyed singing it.Hear me talk, hear me sing
