It had been a productive Sunday already, at least for Karina. She'd taken care of Cas, helped pick up the vet clinic yards and fed there, and then enjoyed a nice little bit doing her assigned readings while Cas grazed out in the pasture. Now, though, it was time for some working on her own fitness.
She was doing just fine in gymnastics, but that didn't stop her from heading to the gym to do some strength training, the sort of thing that was better done alone, instead of with all of the other girls watching. Team training time was for routines and nailing the movements. As she got to the studio, she was happy to find the lights off, and turned them on. That probably meant even the coach wasn't around. Karina carried her phone over to the audio system and connected the two, then started her favorite soundtrack playing. That done, she headed for the mat to get stretched out.
