The Personality
Personality: Floyd is a huge baby. Although he is fully trained he likes to think he's a baby at times, spooking at anything and everything. He doesn't do this often though, he just likes to test Danielle quite a bit. He won't do it at a show unless something actually scares him and she can't get him over a water jump, her just won't do it. She gets frustrated and hopes one of the trainers or barn managers can help her and him. He isn't a mean horse, he's actually a huge gentle giant, he wouldn't hurt a fly and he loves going in leadline classes. Floyd is Dani's baby and she would never give him up ever, no matter what the circumstances were. He may be a bit spooky, but she looks past his babiness and loves him anyway.

The History
Basic History: Floyd was sent to the farm that Danielle rode at when he was 2. He was a crazy stallion and no one could get near him. She was little when she started at that farm and she had heard that he had been badly abused as a baby, breaking her 12 year old heart. She used to sit in front of his stall and stare at him. Eventually she went in with the crazy stallion. She got screamed at for that one before they realized that he would lay down when she went in his stall so she could reach him. After that, he got sent back because he couldn't be broken. He was once again abused badly. He got sent to an auction and no one could get to him to walk him around. That's when the slaughter house bought him. The owner of the farm she rode at was at the auction and bought him quickly, getting him gelded and put in a pen. She tried working with him before Dani did and then the owner of the farm saw that only Danielle could get near him and gave him to her as he was no use to her. That was the happiest moment or Dani's life and she couldn't ask for a better gelding. He rarely lets anyone ride him and you need a day of bonding before you can get on him as he doesn't trust many people.
