Personality>> Penny has really low self esteem and confidence. Appearance>> Penelope is 5'3" and has a slim figure. She has dark brown almost black eyes and only wears make up when she is trying to make an impression such as in the photo. She always wears a t shirt with an animal print or picture on it and she always wears jodhpurs. She had dyed hair which is peach, orange and tints of yellow but she now had it back to her original color her original hair color is brown but her old "friends" said she would look a little better if she dyed it so she did but that did not make her feel better about herself so she dyed it back to normal. Her hair is shaved on her right side but has pixie hair and long fringe at her left. She has really pale skin and is always seen either outside or in class.

Penny was the first born of the Logan family who had quite a lot of money and lived in Louisville Kentucky. She grew up loving and living near animals as she lived near farms and fields of horses and had lots of family pets, they always put the food for their pets before their own food. Penelope was always seen outside in the garden looking at the horses in the fields and talking to them. She also helped earn money as she helped her neighbors look after the farm animals. She never really liked being trapped inside at all. She was the family dog walker and in this case there were eight dogs and two puppies and a couple of cats and a rat on a leash.
She has a younger brother called Peter who is now 10 years old and a mother called Sharon who was a vet nearby. Penelope's father was a farmer before he died of cancer. They sold his farm and they moved near the Louisville race track when Sharon gave birth to Peter. Peter and Penny did not get on, Peter used to pick on Penelope because of how she liked doing things in routine and hanging about with horses.
One day when Sharon decided to take Penny to the doctors they gave her tests for years until finally they gave up looking for a diagnosis and told Penny that was very "abnormal" behavior. At school she told everyone about it and her classmates started calling her a freak and bullied her because of it but some people treated even worse than the bullies did and those people were her "friends". She was treated as if she was stupid and they treated her as if she was just following them and hardly spoke to her but when high school came around she asked her mother if she could go to Blue Ridge as she read it in a book that it was really good to help with horse riding and many other things and her mother agreed and gave her Julius the rat to keep as a pet for Blue ridge.They managed to afford the tuition fees as her mother was promoted to head vet but that was still not enough money so they took the money they got from Penny's grandparents as a loan which she would pay off when she finished school.

Personality>> Julius is a loving understandable rat, he never bites and he never runs away he is always there for Penelope and Penelope is always there for him. He is always cleaning himself and in his cage he has different sections for doing different things- I think living with Penelope has rubbed off on him. He does lots of tricks to show off to everyone how intelligent he is. He gets a lot of exercise with Penny as his cage has lots of space and toys for him to play with. He is not interested in females he is too busy with Penny to care.
History>> Penelope got Julius when as a pet for high school and she did not need to pay as Julius's mother was the family pet named Julie and she got pregnant after a stud rat was bred with her. Penelope loved Julius as he was smart and did tricks to cheer her up when she got depressed. He has never seen his mother when he grew up. Penelope understands him and cleans his organized cage when it gets smelly.
