Personality>> Arthur was, and still is one of those people who are determined to fix the world. He holds a high sense of duty and responsibility. With an extreme inner drive when he's up to it, it never lets him rest in till his goal is achieved. Along with all this inner drive and ambition makes him a pretty passionate guy. Often talking people's ears off on his opinions that you would have to work very, very hard to change.
The military did rub off a bit on him. Now keeping everything in a an OCD like organization. Everything has a place, neatly tucked away and in easy access.
As well as any unfortunate delinquent within his sight range, is in for it. He has become a master at yelling like an enraged bull elephant and dealing out swift and severe punishment. He is not someone who can accept any disrespect and his pride rarely let's them get away with it.
So it often surprises people when they talk to him face to face. Find him a bit shy and soft spoken, like the way he was born and raised. he is a regular gentlemen when you get to know him and can be quite polite.
Being a ladies prince charming if they would let him, as he believes in the old ways of courting a lady.
The darker side of him is when hew gets a panic or a post traumatic stress attack. He doesn't try to hurt anybody, in less they come at him aggressively. Usually pushing people behind outcroppings or through doors. After he gets kind of emotional and melts down. Panic attacks are a little less severe leaving him hyperventilating and shaky. They have started to become further in between
Even through all this he is a pleasant fellow, and always has something interesting to say, as he deals with his own inner daemons.

Appearance>> Arthur is one of those faces that can blend into the background were ever you are. In till you give him a good look over, then he can be given the title, of handsome by a good number of people.
He has a long triangular face with a semi broad chin. Sandy brown/blond hair that is usually cropped and will never pass his ears. If it is even more then a quarter past, he deems it sloppy and goes to get it cut.
His eyes are a warm olive, green. Also a little large for his face, making him sometimes look like a boy when he is astonished.
Looking a good five years younger then he really is and a continues to frustrate him.
Standing at the height of 6'0 he is comfortable with it. The rest of his body is thin but proportional. No super big muscles to wow the girls, but no scrawniness. He is a fit man but more cardiovascular fit. All in all he is a regular 28 year old man and not extremely eye catching.

Full History>> Arthur grew up in a small farm on the coast of England. There they had a few chickens, a few sheep and a pony. He grew up happy and the apple of his parents eyes. His parents who were a bit over protective sheltered him from most horrors of the world determined to keep his innocence. When he was ten and got a little sister he still remained well loved and their little boy. Getting a little sister had made him just as loving to her, always willing to play and beat up the boyfriends who broke her heart.
After high school graduation came he went to a collage program of world politics for two years. That didn't really satisfy him for long. As in every young man the need to explore and have an adventure of his own took over. Dropping out for a time and giving into the propaganda of the British Military. The idea of helping those who couldn't help themselves was his real base line of joining and was not expecting what he got.
He did training for three years before being deported for Afghanistan for four. Killing sickened him and the events he saw what others did when they let themselves go unchecked sickened him even more. He drew into himself excluding a few friends who shared they same view. Even making a best friend, nearly brother (Hector) that can only be made from facing life and death missions. Living in the military he never found the need to purchase his own home since he had no girl Friend and instead visited his family when ever he was off. After the four years he and his comrade where deported for Libya. Both of them where moving a few civilians during dark hours when they were ambushed. The two soldier's (they group split into three before) moved everybody into an alley and hid behind a car. Hoping to hold them off in till somebody came to get them. Hours passed, and passed and they continued to be shot at. Eventually hector trying to snipe a few to get away was shot clean through. Arthur was horrified not only had his best friend died right in front of him but he was in charge of making sure that none of the civilians died. Soon the enemy's started encroaching, Arthur had no choice but to shoot. One of the bullets of the others went deep into his shoulder that now disfigures the muscle so it remains stiff.
Holding them off in till eventually someone came to get them. Once the war ended the mentally and physically changed Arthur was sent home.
His family noticed the difference almost immediately. He was more somber, shy and spooked at every loud noise. Living at home for a few months rarely leaving his room and books. Gradually growing thinner and suffering from mild panic attacks. His mother growing desperate dragged him out shopping with her one day. As they entered the subway Arthur experienced his first post traumatic stress attack. The loud noises, crowds and dim lights were what caused it. Getting a flashback of when he was stuck in combat he immediately began to panic. Beginning to scream out army slang and duck, weave and push through the crowds away from the trains. A nearby officer thinking him a terrorist and a threat tackled him to the ground. Arthur squirmed and shrieked, believing himself on death row and trying to attack and throw off the officer. Suddenly going limp as the situation began to dawn on him, along with his mothers screams to stop. The officer realized the mistake got off of him as Arthur burst into tears. There sat a 28 year old man crying in the middle of a subway station with his mother hugging and cooing gently to him.
Returning home,when Chirstanna found out she was the most determined of the three to end it (father died of cancer). Searching the web she found blue ridge. Knowing how much he likes kids and horses hoping it would be therapeutic, she decided to contact them. Making sure it would accept his condition. At first when he heard about he was dead set against it. She finally talked him into it by reminding him of his dream to try and change the world.

Personality>> He is the old dog who still thinks himself a puppy. Always eager to join in any games, wether it be wrestling, fetch, or simple chase the other dog. He is also incredibly sensitive to human emotions. Always ready to put his chin on your knee and look up with doleful eyes.
History>> He was first Christanna's dog. She got him when she turned twelve, hence his name. When her brother came home the dog realized where he was needed the most and gravitated to him. Some of Arthur's old self came out around the dog and they could be occasionally be found wrestling, or playing fetch. He also become a permanent fixture in Arthur's bed. Chirstanna loved her brother so much she gave Twelve to him in hope that he would regain some of his normalcy.
