Personality>> Will is very gruff, and may seem mean, but he isn’t. He is very moralistic, and has a definite sense of right and wrong. He won’t say a word more than he has to, preferring to keep his own council. He loves and misses police work, but he still throws his ability into keeping the campus safe. He lives for the children, and will do almost anything for them.
He has a list of rules that he thinks everyone should follow. He is a very private man, and shares little of his past or his thoughts. He spends at least one weekend a month hunting with his falcon. When he does talk, it is usually with a slightly sarcastic retort. His criticisms and advices are passed on in a calm manner. He speaks Czech fluently. He is very gentle with younger children, especially after his niece came to live with him.

Secrets>> He's scared of riding.
It’s the way I’m feeling I just can’t deny
Appearance>> Will stands at an even six feet, and has an athletic build. He has grey hair, but don't let it fool you. He's still as in shape as he ever was, and he works out to make sure it stays that way. He has cold blue-grey eyes that seem to take in everything, and they do. He has pale skin.
On his job, he usually wears some sort of button up shirt with his customary black jacket over it. The black jacket has the design of a falcon embroidered on the back. He has a backpack with all sorts of stuff. At his hip there is a holster that holds his gun, but he doesn't use it. It is more there for protection of the students than any other reason. He has a license to carry a concealed weapon, which he keeps in his wallet.
Markings>> A few smaller scars, around his body.
But I’ve gotta let it go
Medical History>> N/A
Criminal History>> He was the law.
Full History>> Will was born and raised in Kentucky, just an hour by car away from where BRRA is today. His father was a falconer, and Will learned the commands by heart when he was five. Of course, he wasn’t allowed to handle his father’s falcons yet, but sometimes they went out together, and his father quizzed him on the commands. Seven years after those first few trips, Will went to almost every outing with his father. The day his father was killed, however, Will was at home taking care of a sick Saker. Will’s father was shot one day by a man in the woods. The man was never caught...
That was when Will started thinking about working as a police officer. He wanted other people to have the finality that he never got, and so his plan was set. He dropped falconry, selling all of his father’s birds, not wanting to have to deal with the memories. He finished his school years and was offered a job at Ridgefield, a town about thirty minutes from Blue Ridge, in the opposite direction from Will’s house. Will drove by BRRA every day and admired the spacious campus.
When the Ridgefield PD had to downsize, they let Will go, but allowed him to keep his K-9 partner. Will was still hurt, and he took up falconry again, buying an already trained Peregrine and starting to hunt with her again. However, he knew it wouldn’t help, and in the end, he went to go get another job. He applied at BRRA, and was accepted to be the Campus Police.
We found love in a hopeless place
Pet Name>> Fred
Registered Name>> Dark Angel, CGC, CGCA
Age>> 4 years
Species>> Canine
Breed>> Golden Retriever/Husky
Registry>> AKC-CGC, AKC-CGCA, TDI
Personality>> It's very easy to tell what two breeds are in Fred. He's got the smarts of his husky father, while his affability and willingness to please are distinctly Golden. Combine the two, and you have an obedient dog who works well on leash and off, and is willing to try everything to please his handler and everyone else. He's very easy-going, and rarely has issues around anything, although there is a bit of a secret lurking beneath those fuzzy ears. Fred is terrified of thunderstorms, as in, hide in the corner and cower until they've gone away terrified. There is no historical reason for this fear, but it is insurmountable for this canine.
History>> Well, there has to be something said for accidental litters. Fred was born when a dog show competitor came by to visit his first owner's home, with her intact male husky in tow, ready for the show. It was an accident, the homeowner's daughter let one of the breeding females out. Two months later, there were three pups, mutts that didn't have a place with the breeders. They were quickly sold, and the incident was never spoken of again in that house.
Fred, however, landed in good hands. His new owner was a man that was looking for a dog to take all of the way, hoping to bring him to visit his ailing grandmother, and other sick patients in hospitals. So, they started with the CGC, but before long, Fred was proving that he excelled, and they moved on to the TDI. Upon receiving the certificate, the pair began visiting hospitals around their home, brightening the patients' days.
However, it was a few short weeks after Fred had attained his CGCA as well that his owner got into a car crash coming home from work. His owner was killed, and Fred was left with the man's sister, who wanted nothing to do with the dog. She did her best to sell him, and Fred found his way to Will, with the plans to retest for TDI certification again as soon as he's settled in, since Fred enjoys it, and the possibility of doing something in the community appeals to William.
