Personality>> Pandora is definitely a doer in the arena. She is a blunt, straight-forward risk-taker, willing to plunge into any task before her, especially when it comes to jumping. On the ground, though, she is a completely different story. Pandora tends to sneeze a lot, for random reasons. If you are going to show her, you better wear extra clothes, or your show clothes will have gross stuff all over it! She loves to steal things out of pockets as well, so beware of that. Pandora is horrible to lead, as she jigs, moves sideways, steps on toes, and does a lot of undesirable things. Her favorite treat is a banana, and she could eat banana slices all day!

Basic History>> Pandora was born on a large breeding farm in New York. From a young age she was expected to do very well because of her pedigree. Pandora first had a rider on her back at age three, and things seemed to fly from there. Soon she was jumping hunter-style jumps with great ease, and her trainers sensed a lot of hunter/jumper potential in her. When Pandora was 7 they sent her to Switzerland for dressage training. She was pretty good at this, but the trainers thought she was much better in the hunter/jumper division. Pandora was building quite the name for herself, so when Hans’ parents were looking into horses to buy for their horse-loving son, she soon came on the radar.
Hans then went to try the mare out, and he bought her instantly, after being in the market for several months. The pair have been together for the past year, and Hans looks forward to seeing how she will react to being in a new place.
