Megs walked into her classroom, taping names to the pantries of the work stations, naming the students who would be working at that particular kitchen, and then placing a card with a continent written on it on the bench. She then walked to her own station and set out a collection of cookbooks, she then waited for the students to arrive, find their place and get settled. She then stood up and walked around her bench so that she was in the middle of the room.
She was pleased with how the previous pizza class had gone and she hoped that Amber and Miranda had enjoyed their reward for their hard work.
"As you may have noticed, you have no recipe on your bench today, only a card. That card will tell you what continent your food will be coming from. As always, your pantry and fridge is well-stocked. On my bench are a number of cookbooks that you will be able to find something in. What I want you to do, it to decide on a main and a dessert to make, of course you are limited to the time we have in class." She smiled around at the students. "Okay, you can get started, please try not to trample each other as you find a book. And I want you to copy the recipes you have used into your recipe books."

OOC: Students will have around 45 mins to get the meals made (including prep time) so that they have time for presentation and clean up - just so you have a timeframe when looking at recipes.
