<Played by Jay>
Full Name>> Anne Isobel McDermot
Nicknames>> Izzy, Bella
Date of Birth>> 03/14/1972
Staff or Student>> Staff Vice Principal, Teacher of PE and Dance
House>> Brown Ribbon Apartments
Face Claim>> Kathy Najimy
Personality>> While she is fundamentally a nice person, Anne can often come across as being extremely harsh and rather strict. While she often is strict, she always tries her best to avoid being unfair and has a strong sense of justice. She also has a strong sense of order, and she likes everything to be perfect; something which is never realistically going to happen, especially in a school full of students, and this can lead to a little stress on her part. Anne is also a habitual meddler and nosy with it; she likes to get involved in the lives of others and will often hand out advice on subjects which she has no knowledge of.
+being in authority
Dislikes>> -being overruled
-Getting too close to someone
Hopes>> +To someday be principal of her own school
+To inspire someone to do what they love
Secrets>> She doesn't want anyone to know that she had to be discharged from the police because of trauma- she thinks it makes her look weak.
Appearance>> Anne's hair is russet brown, and generally tied up in a bun at the back of her head while she is teaching so that it is out of the way and doesn't get in her eyes during running or dancing. She has deep brown eyes, which she will always turn to look at someone who is speaking. She is quite tall and slim and has an imposing manner about her, which is contributed to by her height. During working hours, she usually dresses quite professionally in a blouse and trousers which are both smart enough for her duties as vice principal, and practical enough for her work teaching Dance and PE. At the weekend, she tends to favour rather close fitting dresses which reach to the floor.
Markings>> Scar down left leg
Medical History>> Multiple minor contusions and one deep, serious leg wound obtained during a riot while serving in the mounted police in London.
Full History>> Anne grew up in Glasgow, a rough city in Scotland, and discovered a love of riding at an early age. Since she lived on the outskirts of the town, she was able to go out into the country for riding lessons, and quickly displayed a natural aptitude. Once she left school, with reasonably good grades, she went on to join the mounted division of the London Metropolitan Police, where her physical aptitude and dedication earned her a promotion to sergeant before she obtained a deep leg wound during a riot, and was forced to take medical leave. On her return, however, she found herself unable to carry out her work to the same standard due to the psychological trauma of the incident, and so the Met were eventually forced to discharge her. However, she soon found a position in the army which was, contrary to what one might expect, less demanding that her role in the police had been, since the duties of the mounted cavalry were largely ceremonial. Aptitude in the saddle, amongst other factors, led to her rising to the rank of captain before she left their ranks in favour of pursuing a career as a riding instructor. The school which she founded sadly didn't last long, falling victim to a sudden economic crisis, and so Anne was just in the right frame of mind to accept the offer from Blue Ridge when it came.
