Personality>> Iggy has no intention to be the horse that lays in the sun all day. If she is allowed, she will explore any and every bit of new environments at a furious pace. She has a very open mind, even if she is nervous around something. Iggy may fight back a little, but a confident rider and a steady hand will get her through most encounters.

Her biggest flaw is her hatred of having her feet touched. Iggy will hold out on lifting her foot up for a long as possible, and when she does, she will either start pawing or put her foot back down. Hoofjack's do help her somewhat, but a firm grip is necessary if anyone wants to get done quickly.

Basic History>> Iggy was born to a fairly irresponsible breeder. It was essentially a puppy mill for horses. Although her parents were registered, she was simply bred to make a quick buck and be sold off. The breeders didn't handle her often, and let her stay with her mother until she was sold. Luckily, she was purchased as a yearling by a trainer looking to make a name for himself.

She was handled and worked with daily for years until some of that wildness had been tamed and she was fully trained. Her trainer competed with her for two years, then placed her for sale.

When Maks had gone on a hunt for a horse for his son, he fell in love with the mare. His wallet had fought him on it, but there was little he wouldn't do for Wes and snatched her up as soon as possible.
