Tentatively Lexi walked into the office. Shee took a deep breath.
This academy would be different. She would never, ever bring up her previous show life. She would never mention that she used to ride english, she will never talk about why she switched to western. All that matters is that Nightmare is going to become a champion... but also her grades. Her father threatened that if she got any bad grades, she'd be coming back home. So she was determined.
He also threatened that if she got a boyfriend or something, she'd be coming back home. But nope! That's when Lexi's rebellious side showed. She would get a boyfriend, and she would stay. Actually she hadn't been very interested in any guys until her father said that. Talk about a screw up.
She walked up to the desk and requested the key. The key for Blue Ribbon House, B03.

Fitz looked up from the email he was writing when he heard the door open, and he gave the girl walking towards him a warm smile.

He typed her name into the computer as she introduced herself, and brought up her file. "Welcome to Blue Ridge Academy, Lexi. As you know, you'll be residing in room oh, three of the Blue Ribbon House, which is here." He took a map from a tray on his desk and circled the building with a pen. "Your horse will have a stall ready for him in the White Oak Barn, here." He circled the barn with another colour. "Anyone in the barn will help you out if you need directions. If you have and issues, the barn manager is Ms Carr."

He opened the drawer under the desk and retrieved the key she was after, and placed it on the map. "On the back of the map are a list of phone numbers that you might find useful. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
