A powerful need to be in control of her life keeps Eira blatant and often immeasurably honest. The idea of having to remember every detail of a lie drives her to madness, and her poor memory makes her a terrible liar. This requires her to be as straightforward as she is able, which then leads her to come off as pretentious and sometimes rude.
Growing up in a world where she never was denied her desires, Eira hates it when she is told "no." Whether it be that she can't do a routine or that she can't have some article that she wants, Eira will find a way around to get what she pleases. This fuels her competitiveness and determination. The only downside to this feat is her spoiled, will do anything, side.
Eira has a fondness for the arts, which she explores through any of her free time. She enjoys Elizabethan poetry when she's allotted time away from school and gymnastics, and a fill of guitar as well. Despite her passion, she tends to hide it away from others.

Eira's gymnastics coach gave her GCs (glucocorticoid steroids) without filling out the paperwork to combat her asthma and improve her overall performance during competition.

Eira is known for being a rather small girl with big attitude. She is only five foot one but her muscles are well-defined from her gymnastics career which kept her in shape. She was also blessed with the signature blonde hair of her father's that she protects with her life. Since she constantly uses organic shampoos, conditioners, and oils, Eira was able to grow out the long and thick hair that she loves. Most of the time when she is in the gym, her hair is tightly pulled up into a bun to keep it out of her face. When she is free though, she lets it hang in all of its glory, occasionally curling or styling it when she has time.
As for fashion, Eira always keeps up to date on what the latest trends are and likes to try them out herself. Her appearance is very important to her, and she is always in comfortable and trendy clothing with a tasteful amount of makeup on. Her barn clothes are generally even name brand.

Eira was born in Ohio to a pair earning their degrees education, who'd been so enthralled in their new children, that they'd forgotten the world around them. The affair that her mother had been carrying out was all but forgotten after the realization that both Wesley and Eira had come along. That is, until the thrill of their children had begun to simmer back down and the fighting resumed. Her mother found herself to be unfaithful, once again, and her father was at a loss. Finally, after several years of indecision, they decided it was fairest to separate.
With a weekend at each parent's house, Eira was split between the two. This is was brought on her spoiled side. Both her mother and father thought that the best way to earn their children's love was to buy it. Whenever one bought them something grand, the other had to out due them. Soon enough, Eira was neck deep in everything she could possibly wish for, including a pair of young horses, and still forced to choose between them. For nearly thirteen years, that was her life.
When she first started to perform in gymnastics, Eira had trouble training for long periods of time. Before her condition was diagnosed, she had a trial and error period in which she had several attacks. Initially, it was determined to be caused by the strenuous exercise and she was prohibited from competing for a week. From then on, her case has been controlled with asthma medication before and after her exercises. She and her brother had been surprisingly successful gymnasts. Eira being mildly more so.
Before a competition her former coach used to give her steroids to keep her lungs healthy and ready without ever filing the paperwork or making sure she was cleared to use them. Her success however, blinded most people to what was going on behind the scenes.
Right before her freshman year, Eira's father was estranged enough to move away and find a place to start over with or without his children. The issue of who their children would then live with soon arose. For Eira, it wasn't an entirely hard choice. With her own academics faltering and her father's awful coping mechanisms, Eira decided to stay with her father throughout the short lived custody battle.
